Absolute favorite place. The staff are so nice and very attentive. Clean fun place with plenty to look at. Never had bad service here and the meals are 98% great. Definitely recommend to people often.

I love texas roadhouse, especially this location! I always leave full and happy from good service. This time I had Amy, who was not friendly, made a lot of mistakes, and seemed irritated that i mentioned i never got my refill to a manager. I hope she changes her attitude and starts acting like she enjoys her job.

Filthy restaurant from the floors, booths and eating utensils!! I ordered coffee and the cup was visibly dirty (chocolate cake like spots on it). No biggie I politely asked for another cup. Got the 2nd cup, stirred it up and looked at the spoon & lumps of food was stuck to it! Two entree’s weren’t available, my daughter and son didn’t even get their whole meals. My plate came late and our server was bad! Kept forgetting things, didn’t refill our drinks, or dinner rolls. We sat for a hour 1/2 with bad service and bad food. The managers came in and saved the day. They were awesome, kind, understanding and helped wish our daughter a happy 13th Birthday. I genuinely appreciate the manager’s approach to making our experience better. We got a discount and headed home knowing my daughter enjoyed somewhat of her dinner.

They were very busy yet we were seated, had ordered, fed and payed within an hour. Food was good but the SERVICE!! Tom was the best server. The rest of the staff were so welcoming. They probably had 10 birthdays while we were there and the first and last contained the same enthusiasm. Thank you for a good meal and experience.

Just called the Texas Roadhouse in Stow to be put on the wait-list for 19. Host stated they only take 16. She added we would have 2 booths that sit 8 each and the limit is 16. Wow, how accommodating!

Had my mother's birthday dinner here. Steaks cooked perfectly, drinks tasted amazing. Even though it was busy, our server made sure we were taken care of.
We had a fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse, and Lindsay—our server—truly made it special. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we sat down. She recommended the perfect drink, and it was spot on!
To top it off she went out of her way to make my son’s birthday extra special, even though he was having a rough day. Her positive energy and genuine care turned everything around and lifted his spirits.
The food was excellent—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
Huge thanks to Lindsay and the Texas Roadhouse team for a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back!

The only thing wrong with this place is that it is so popular. It can take over an hour to get a seat or a table. The bar uses measured pours, which is extremely annoying. But it is what it is. It is not a high-end steakhouse, but I got three filet mignon medallions with three sides, a large beer for $35. With tip, $43. Not bad. It is noisy, extremely popular with family, but the service is really good. Our waitress was almost overwhelmed, but she handled it perfectly with a smile and was on the ball. I prefer a quieter place, but this place is popular and even fun.
Parking: I have always found parking even when the place is packed. You might have to walk a bit from where you park.
Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of families here which would seem to indicate it is kid friendly
