My family had a very positive experience at this location. The wait was long, but when is it not? Lol. Texas Roadhouse is always busy! I definitely recommend getting on the wait-list online ahead of time in order to save time, which is what we did. Our server Branson was very friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough! He made sure that the food was to our liking and that we had everything we needed! I highly recommend him if you go to this location!!

Recooked my steak 3 times and couldn't get it right either time and manager pretty much argued with me because I wanted a new steak dosnt seem like they were trying to make me happy I left hungry so a little upset about this experience can noone cook a steak anymore?

We are regulars ar this location and I just wanted to mention that server Rob (Robbie) was absolutely a delight tonight. He was such a fun personality and really made our dinner enjoyable. When most local restaurants are struggling with good service and food this location is always rock solid with fantastic service and well prepared food!

Probably the worst texas roadhouse I've been to. Service is not the best, not the worst either. Somehow they also have McDonald's bad luck. They can never make you a frozen drink even though its still in the menu.

We had a good time here. The food was great and our server Lindsay was amazing. I never even needed to ask for a drink refill because she was on top of it. The food tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection. We will of course be back in the future. This location is BUSY so we had an hour wait to get in but I say it was worth the wait. Next time I will simply call ahead.

I know now to never get takeout if I ever decide to eat here again.
4 issues:
Caesar salad - no croutons, no extra requested dressing.
Strawberry cheesecake - there were no strawberries.
Filet - butterflied even though I didn’t select the option, very dry.
Sweet potato - paid up charge for honey cinnamon caramel sauce and did not receive.
That is a lot of errors for one single order, unbelievable.
