Honestly I love my experience here the only thing I would change is I would rather have the server take my card and print me an actual receipt versus dealing with that little kiosk thing that you put your card in and it sends you an email I never got an email from my receipt so I would have to say that is the only thing that would probably make me not want to come back is that machine because I'd rather have a copy of my receipt and not have to deal with the weird little machine thing right there other than that my service was great my server was awesome every time I came in

Very good steaks - our group had 16 oz ribeyes, and my favorite - the hamburger steak smothered in mushrooms and mushroom sauce. The blooming onion appetizer are always good. I recommend this place.

It was very good atmosphere and lively and service was amazing and right on time and was very good with bringing me and my wife’s beverages and our appetizers and entrees and definitely recommend to bring yourself and the entire family if you have not tried it you must try there rolls they are undeniably delicious and I ordered the 20 ounce bone in ribeye medium rare for my personal temp of doneness and was blow away with how delicious it was and i definitely will be returning in the future to the stow Ohio Texas Roadhouse from here on out thank you Texas Roadhouse for your hospitality

The steak had no flavor and was more like a chopped steak than a sirloin but cooked perfectly. My potato was old, dry and no amount of butter could save it. The chili and bread was decent. The lemonade tasted like the lemon drink that you get from save-a-lot . The salad was the best part of the meal and it was just a simple one.
I used this location for a curbside pickup. Placed my order via phone call. They gave me a approximate time when my order would be ready. I received a text before I got there. I pulled up to one of the curbside slots in the parking lot and then read the text (see 1st pic). I texted them back letting them know my parking lot number. I waited and no one came to my car after waiting 20 mins. It was a Saturday night but I thought why would they text me saying my order was ready and no one showing up to my car. Look at the 2nd pic. So it turns out I called the restaurant and asked them why no one has come out to my car. Their reply was that after 8pm they don't come out to the cars, you have to come inside to grab your food. In no where in my two pics does it say that. One pic is of my screen shot of their text and the other is the parking lot curbside sign. So my food was sitting there for 20+ min before I went in and retrieved my food. I was pissed but didn't take it out on the staff, I held my composure. But I sure as hell didn't leave them a tip. I stormed out. They knew I was mad. You would think that someone would follow up and see why my order wasn't getting picked up. A call, a stroll out to the curbside, a text but nothing. My food was cold by the time I got home Never again.
