Fresh food and desserts galore and the portions are generous. Wait staff are the BEST! Parking was no issue midday. Tip Top has stayed on our fav list for the last 4 years and counting. Go!
It's like you're stepping back in time as you enter. It's not bad just could use an update, but also is probably why it's so reasonable. And to be honest I've never had a bad meal here and service has always been great.
