Management should review late-night drive-thru procedures. Customers are told to pull up to the window to place orders, and staff then verbally calls orders to the kitchen instead of entering them into the register. Bypassing the POS system creates an obvious opportunity for cash transactions to go unrecorded and raises concerns about employee theft.

Went into this Wendy's with my husband for a quick lunch. Walked in about slipped on the floor. After both of us using the restrooms, my husband was already ordering. I came out, made a joke to my husband where the cashier got rude with me and snapped. I made a comment about needing more wet floor signs due to both of us almost slipping. She rolled her eyes. After we get our food and drinks, the same employee came out and started cleaning tables, the cleaner that she used smelled ammonia based. It threw both myself and husband off where we gathered up everything and left. We finished our meal in our car. Will not be back for a while. We will go to the McDonald's across the street.

This is the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Unfortunately, this is not based off 1-2 visits but multiple visits over the past 3 years. They are constantly out of products, or there is an abnormally long wait in the drive thru. The quality of the product id very below average as well.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, Chilli and fries with 2 drinks. Took 16 minutes to get the food then only received 1 sandwich which then took another 9 minutes to get.

Apparently a number 6 is not a spicy chicken sandwich, apparently it's some kind of small junior cheeseburger. Didn't feel like I could go back because I left without a receipt. Always get your receipt.

Very slow service through the drive-thru,we went there twice yesterday both times it took over 20 minutes to get through and get our food,both orders was a online order, and it wasn't that busy either, food was correct and tasted good,just super slow service, waited over 5 minutes and the speaker before anyone even spoke.
