So at 6 pm went oder beacon potato it had hair and papper on the bottom fries were nasty I call the them.no one answer phone I want my money back i all most chokr I took photos and I talk to.a guy name tim he said I can come.buy tom after I get off at 6 I hope there will be a mannger to show this photos

Wendy's currently advertising fresh madw to order burgers. They say the hack for fresh is simply order a burger. Ordered a Son of Baconater, old dried out patties. I called to feedback since they didn't give me a receipt, which you need to do so. Lady on the phone instantly called me a liar, because she's got the best sandwich maker in the company. Don't give them business. Dry old food going out the window. Don't say I didn't warn you. It was 5:15 also. Middle of dinner and old food. Yeah, not happy. Especially getting yelled at and called names.

I've had problems with this location twice already, but I gave it last chance, regretting it now. First of all, fries had burned bits on it. Ordered the new mushroom burger and received a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I don't know how you can even mess those two so badly. It's absolutely ridiculous. The baconator was also wrongly made. Got things i didn't want on it. The night shift that worked on Dec 14th did not care at all. One of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
Drive-through personnel are always rude. Never smile never give you a receipt and act like they don’t want to be there!

I went through the drive through at Wendy's on Graham Rd in Stow. The woman who took my order was speaking really fast. I ordered my first item and she quickly gave me the total without asking for anything else. I tried to get her attention again and she was extremely rude. When I got to the window I politely said hi. She grabbed my card and slammed the door. She then handed me my food and still didn't speak and slammed the door again. I called her a choice word and drove away. Wasn't in the mood to have someone be rude.

I really wish I could give negative reviews. Night crew are a bunch of younger ignorant kids who obviously want more money for Nasty ass French fries and some horrible nuggets and sandwich was nasty also 2 biggy bags and 10 dollars later highly upset about this....my dog won't even eat these fries and that says something.... have a nice day this is one person who will not be back to this location
