Giving 1 star only because they dropped the ball on communication. Ordered a lemonade and chocolate chip cookie on the app, and after getting home I found a sugar cookie in my bag. Don’t get me wrong it was still good, but not a chocolate chip cookie like I ordered. I wouldn’t have even cared if they had just let me know they were out of chocolate chip, I just wanted a sweet treat. I guarantee this lack of communication will give you trouble with other customers - you’re literally making trouble for yourselves.

I'll never go back to this Wendy's. What is wrong with the world where they expect you to always order at a kiosk?? I couldn't find the item I wanted to order on the kiosk, and had to stand there waiting for help fir TWENTY MINUTES. I made eye contact with 4 employees, INCLUDING the manager before a young man asked ne if I was having a problem. He them went clear to the back to get someone trained to work the counter to take my order. Terrible service, and in my opinion, that starts with the manager who blatantly ignored me.

Every time I come to this location ivs been ignored or told that they dong know how to scan my code to receive points. Instead of going to the manager they brush me off. The kitchen always looks sporadic as if they dont know whats going on. Looks understaffed.

The drive thru experience needs major work… lunch time sitting in the drive through for a mobile order for over 15 minutes is ridiculous. This is supposed to be fast food

The managing staff was very disrespectful and told us to leave because my son was a previous employee. No explanation was given and I was there with my family. I’m sure the staff doesn’t care but we will not patronize that location again.

So at 6 pm went oder beacon potato it had hair and papper on the bottom fries were nasty I call the them.no one answer phone I want my money back i all most chokr I took photos and I talk to.a guy name tim he said I can come.buy tom after I get off at 6 I hope there will be a mannger to show this photos
