The orange Frosty is not frosty it's soupy. They need to change the name from frosty's to soupies because there's nothing Frosty about it. My friend got a chocolate frosty and it was cold and you could turn it upside down and it wouldn't go anywhere. However, the orange creamsicle Frosty was soupy and not even like a milkshake. It's soupy, tasted horrible. I would not recommend getting any frosty at this restaurant because since I ordered the orange one and had to throw it away, another night I went ahead and got the chocolate frosty and as I pulled away I realized it was another soupy mess. Don't waste your money please. There's probably something wrong with their equipment because they are not supposed to be soupy and not cold. Then why would they call it a frosty.

I'm not gonna lie fries always cold at this location. Staff makes you feel like you are bothering them. I just want biggie bags on the low lol. My son wants these everything I pick him up from school. Then you guys forget the bbq sauce even when I order extra. So we gotta go through drive-thru count sauce and go back because none in bagMake it make sense. Who eats dry nuggets? Or dry fries? Why isn't there atleast catsup? IDK

My boyfriend and his brother literally scraped our money together for a hot meal but received very cold and dried out burgers. Very cold fries and nothing was customed how we ordered it through the app before picking it up ourselves.. We were even shorted a sandwich.

It used to be Wendy's was a consistent in it a good product, service and cleanliness but that seems that is unimportant. The hostess was friendly, but that was the best part of our recent experience in the Graham Road location. Our fries were cold, no ice in the pop machine, no ketchup in the dispense, no napkins, and there was only 1 other person in the place and it still took 10 minutes to get cold food. It's totally unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional staff I’ve ever had to deal with. The girl taking orders was unbelievably rude, yelling at people through the speaker, cutting them off rudely in the middle of the order and legitimately yelling at my wife. The entire time, people behind in line were agitated, yelling out their windows.I understand entirely that customer service can be rough, places are understaffed and people have bad days but nobody has the right to be speaking like that to a customer when all the customer did was try and place an order.

Terrible service, ordered 4 bacon, egg, cheese croissant, was to 19$.Bacon was burned and the cheese melted so bad that you couldn't find it anywhere, I think there was swiss cheese on it, had to wait in the parking lot for my food, bc it took to long to cook and where was my croissants ??? They used quare buns, food was nasty , took a few bites and threw it in the trash .Wendy's shouldn't be cooking breakfast, apparently they don't know how

This restaurant has totally gone downhill. It’s like a juvenile daycare center and one giant playground. I waited for my food for almost 20 minutes for it to be cold and incorrect. Meanwhile, looking in the window waiting for my food I see three or four of them horsing around. I honestly recommend going out of your way and driving to the one by Hudson just to avoid this terrible Wendy’s.
