I ordered two medium frostys. The cashier rang up a small and medium. I advised him that there was a small on the screen instead of two mediums. He attempted to fix it but then said that it wouldn’t let him change it. He told me he will just give me the two medium frostys even though I’m paying for a small and a medium. I paid then received a small and medium frosty from what appeared to be the manager. I told her it was supposed to be two mediums and the cashier even advised her of the issue with the register. She advised me that I only paid for the small and medium so that is what I’m getting. It was pretty poor managerial discretion and customer service on her part when I tried paying for two medium frostys and was told not to worry about it by an employee. Very disappointing since this is the Wendy’s I normally go to. But since there are several other Wendy’s, one of which is way closer to me, I will most likely not be returning as the manager did not care to make this right.

It's a lot better than the last one last one my pickles were hot but tomatoes are hot and my lettuce was hot therefore that means you microwaved it but this place was right on key everything was delicious and correctly put together

There was a worker named Jules at the Stow location on St. Rt. 59. She did a wonderful job and was very considerate. My food was fresh and it was the best experience ive had at Wendys in years.

If I could give service zero I would! They have messed up ONLINE orders multiple times, incredible rude when point it out. Tell you to park straight ahead when waiting and then say “walked around” when they didn’t looking for your car and have the audacity to give you ATTITUDE! This came from a manager no less. Even on “slow” days still takes FOREVER to order or get your food…sad when McDonald’s across the street can be busier and doesn’t mess up your order!

I don't get it... the cashier didn't talk..not at all. No hello, no thank you, no total, no asking for my name for the order, nothing. He also didn't make any sort of eye contact. As I type this I am going from irritated by him to being worried about him. It came off as uninterested and rude. Food was ok... but I have lots of food choices, it would be easy to avoid this one.

I ordered a baconator this afternoon from Wendy’s in Stow Ohio 44224.
When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich I realized it was just a small single cheeseburger with two very small pieces of bacon on it.
I got in my car and took the sandwich back to the restaurant and told the female at counter that I ordered a baconator and that this was the sandwich I received. She looked straight at me and said Yes that is a baconator!!
I’ve ordered baconators many many times and I know what they look like. This sandwich was NOT a baconator. She insisted that it was and wasn’t about to make me what I wanted or try to rectify the situation. So I just got upset and told her to just keep it and that she should be ashamed of herself.
I paid almost $8 for that sandwich and I’m very upset that service I received.
