Worst service ever. I have never met anyone stupider then the blond at Wendy's. One of my party special ordered her food. No salt, tomato etc. then I ordered the same meal the number 1. I told her I did not want anything special on the order, I wanted as is. She could not understand what I meant. She kept saying all the meals are special. No they are value meals not special. After much arguing she called the manager over. He took one look at me realized I was angry, turned around and walked away. We left!! Will never go to this store again!!!

Every time I order a salad at the drive thru I ask for 2 dressings and every time I get home I find they’ve only put 1 in the bag. Since I don’t pick up food there often I always forget to check the bag, but it is sad that the only thing that is consistent about my Wendy’s experience is that.

On 7/23/25 @ 1:40. Worst, looking wrap I’ve ever seen and the chicken was cold. Total disappointment. Waste of time and money. 💔
Did a mobile order of a simple biggie bag, waited in the store for 30 minutes as people that ordered way after me got their food. Told the cashier multiple times about my order and he seemed clueless. Decided to leave without my food and filled out a complaint online. Clearly got lost in the system.
