I hardly ever get wendys. Once every several months if that. Food has always been messed up. Missing nuggets, wrong sandwiches, missing items etc. Getting annoying. Never again.

They gaslight you in the driveway for wanting something edited and they actively hate it when you use the wendys app in the store.

Well I ordered 2 biggie bags both double cheeseburgers. The burgers were so dry like they had been cooked hours ago. I drove back and was told that's how there burgers are that they have new owners and that's how all there burgers. So I ordered on mobile app. The very young who said this to me was the manager. I told him I have been coming there awhile and they are not always dry and he told me yes they are. I guess he meant I was out of luck I was stuck with a meal I can't eat. I've have been in customer service for 40 years and have never been told something like that. I thought every Wendy's had to abide by the same standard. I will be getting my money back. Just a heads up you may want to skip that Wendy's and go to one if the others.

Crispy chicken sandwich is delicious and always taste fresh. Ooof, everything else though, at this location is wacky. Fries taste stale and super oily. Apples taste like a home Depot store smells. Staff is always friendly though and attentive.

Atmosphere meaning the place could have been cleaner. I usually go to the one in Rootstown and most the time it is spotless. But this one in Hudson could have used a thorough scrub down. Food was good.

I ordered a 2 jr bacon cheese burgers minus tomato and I received no bacon, a ton of mayo, a crusty rib of lettuce and stale buns. Poor quality at graham road Wendy's.

The food is never fresh there like ever they never give you a receipt to Call anymore there either To let them know how poor of a quality the food is there they shouldn't serve two hour old nuggets they should be fresh long story short this is a horrible branch of the Wendy's franchise and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not my friends or family I've had enough of poor quality and quantity enough for me to write a review shut it down please.
