No option to pay with cash at pickup for an online order, when I called the Stow location they said they don’t take orders over the phone. Also no option to do all flats or drums (for additional charge) and they charge you like $5 for a cup of blue cheese. I’ll just go to Buffalo Wild Wings

The wings aren't bad at all. My qualm lies with the (lack of) sauce choices and pricing. If there were a more diversified assortment with a better spicy to not spicy ratio and/ or are fairly reasonable price range, then this franchise in general would be amazing! As for this establishment, I like that they have seating (albeit limited) and that their dining area is open late in an area that sees other places closed hours prior, some the staff could definitely at least try to be a little more personable. Not to say any were rude or displayed actions unbecoming! Just that some absolutely refuse to address any patrons when they are the only employees in sight, regardless if you're cooking or not. Otherwise, if you want wings and no one else viable is open, you will be happy to have them here!

Update: 3 months ago, they responded to my google review saying to reach out to their provided email and they would “take care of me.” Nothing was ever done to make this right and they never responded to my follow up emails. So they clearly don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. Avoid this chain and go elsewhere for your wings!
First time I ate here delicious Cajun dry rub on boneless wings. So good in fact I couldn’t stop thinking about it and had to go back for more. The second visit, the boneless wings were sitting in a pool of grease. I should’ve checked the order at the time and maybe they could have made fresh but I was in a hurry and grabbed my pick up order and left. My fault there. So disgusted. I cannot go back after that… since I was only there twice that means 50% chance of it being good the next time and I don’t like those odds. Super disappointed. Will go elsewhere in Stow for my boneless wings. The place itself is very small inside a couple tables that’s it. I will say the service at the register on both occasions was very good.

This was our first visit to this establishment- Kye greeted us right away. It was a very busy day. Lots of to gos! He still took the time to help us decide what was the best option for us. The BBQ sandwich and cajun corn was delicious and we will be back. Oh and The Brownies are Amazing 😋

When I walked into the store to pick up my order no one said hi or even acknowledged that I was standing there. I understand that it gets busy and stressful but I feel like someone could have at least said I’ll be with you soon. When I got my order home we were missing our corn and we received wings with no sauce on them. I have been to this location multiple times and on more than one occasion I was ignored when I walked up to the counter. It feels like basic customer service is forgotten about. We emailed the store about our missing items and have yet to hear anything from them.

I ordered food tonight and it took 45 minutes to get to my house. And everything was cold. Wings were raw. Called the store and they told me to call door dash.

I dont usually leave google reviews but I found myself wanting to today. last night I visited this location that I haven't been back at in a couple of months. It's under new management now so I thought I'd give it another try so I ordered online an went to pick it up. I was then shocked to come in an see only two workers but to my surprise they where killing it.I was greeting almost as soon as I grabbed the door handle an was met with nothing but smiles even though it seemed like they where getting a little rushed. I believe the guys name was KY or Kyle or something, an he was accompanied by Darnell. Both very nice people an I hope ky is being paid what hes worth, great worker with an amazing attitude and obviously very good patience. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of it great work guys

not only do they take GOD knows how long to get orders ready but crazy enough, they’re never hot! 3 times in a row my food has came cold. It’s getting ridiculous i’m not ordering up there anymore

Two things that drive me nuts people smoking at an entrance so I have to smell their nasty smoke coming and going any other is disgusting facilities the restroom here less than desirable pee on the floor somebody didn't flush the toilet and that tells me that they probably not taking care of the kitchen as well either I'm pretty sure this was a manager that was smoking outside talking to a worker both of my parents died due to cigarette smoking I am one of the most hateful people when it comes to people smoking and sharing their second hand smoke so maybe that makes me a little extra negatively biased but there are laws against where people are supposed to smoke as workers of restaurants. The other thing is the price is so high on these places it's unbelievable.

It's all buffalo all the time here! Order a dry rub? Buffalo! Order a mild wet rub? Buffalo! If you're lucky, you're dry rub will be a dry rub ontop of Buffalo! It is obvious the night employees do not care to make sure the wing flavor is correct. Gave the place a try three times. Never ordered buffalo. Got Buffalo three times. I am done with these stores.
