My wife and I were at 63 to celebrate my birthday the table we were seated at my view was watching the dishwasher washing dishes. We started off with calamari and walleye, calamari was not seasoned and was tuff great presentation but cooking technique did not hit home, ordered the corn bread and was over baked and lacked flavor. I ordered the filet great presentation need to melt the bleu cheese mor under salamander, my wife ordered the strip steak great presentation steak lacked seasoning and the chef should not serve a strip steak that is the end of the striploin with grissel for 60.00. Finished with dessert and they were good. The restaurant was full at 5:30 I would have sent the steak back but kitchen was super busy. Chef you need to use center cut steaks and just season more. The menu is interesting but coming out to celebrate a special occasion was lost by seating location and quality of the food. I will probably not return.

We had a little stay-cation in Strasburg this weekend and we're convinced we HAD to try 63 Corks. The internet strongly advised on having a reservation and I'm glad we listened. It's a small place so it fills up fast, even without a special occasion. The menu rotates based on what they have available and I think that is so fun. You can smell how fresh everything is before you even walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks were also outstanding. I think a lot of Fine Dining doesn't give you enough bang for your buck but 63 corks gives it all and then some. Highly recommend and hope we can come back soon!

Best food I've ever had. Nate the chef stopped at our table to ask how everything was. The pork chop was the juiciest chop I ever had. Every part of the meal was superb Maggie our server was on top of it. Our favorite place.

Small, intimate setting for two or a few. Amazing Food, most made from scratch in house. Service was great! The Sea bass melted in your mouth. It's 1h and 25m from where I live and after my 1st visit, I almost went back the next day.

Never again
Gross
The steak was fatty with gristle, chewy not good
It was sliced in several places to check doneness
I ordered it medium
I asked for an extra piece of bread for all the jam that came n the charcuterie board and the slice of bread was 4.00.
Very very disappointing
The stuffed chicken smelled like vomit and that is being very nice
Carrots, delicious
Water, delicious
Pickled veggies, delicious
Atmosphere was cozy
We went to Hardee’s down the road for dinner after we left
No booths only tables, which is fine

My wife and I have been here 3 times now, each time just as delicious if not more than the last!! Every time we go we end up making our next reservation immediately. So many different things to try and can taste how fresh everything is. Staff is always smiling and pleasant even when the building is full. Can’t wait for our next reservation!

My fiancé and i just left here , we celebrated our 7 year anniversary tonight and it was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend. Everything from drinks to dessert was incredible. Probably the only place we will be coming for our future anniversaries.

Here you will find a kitchen full of people who know how to cook. This is how food is supposed to taste.

First time here and went as a walk-in, you most certainly need to have a reservation, they only had one two seater on the patio left for us which was perfect for us, but others weren’t thrilled and the rest of the restaurant was entirely reserved the rest of the evening (we went as soon as they opened) the food was delicious! Since sat outdoors we were provided a little fan to keep the flies away which was really nice. Highly recommend

My husband and I have been here 4 times so far. Every meal that both of us had gotten, and we never get the same meal as each other and get something different each time, as well as dessert and starters, has been delicious! It is always.... the best food I have ever eaten. The food is unique and flavorful, and really an experience. It's worth the money to indulge in this chefs creativity.

This is a hidden gem. We went for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. We started with the pork belly with creamed corn and it was tender and paired with the creamed corn it was incredible. We also got the bread service- corn bread with house made butter and a smoked peach jam. SO good! For entrees we had the wagyu beef cheeks and the heirloom pork. Both meals were fantastic. While visiting Amish country the food selection is limited so this was a very refreshing change. The best meal we’ve had while visiting this area! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will definitely go back especially since the menu changes regularly.

I will start off by saying our waitress Tiffany was absolutely amazing she was honest and real and was so sweet! Now for the food!! It was absolutely amazing and I have to say compliments to the chef because our meal was absolutely amazing and is right up there with our meals we had from Gordon Ramsay! If you want to splurge on dinner do it here!!

First visit and we were fortunate to get seated at the chef’s table. Service was excellent, Karen felt like a long lost friend :)

Food was excellent, cocktails were delicious, and dessert was an experience…you gotta get the smoked s’more chocolate thing, delicious and fun.

Chef Nate seemed to be dealing with some kitchen staff drama. Made sitting at the chef’s table a toned-down version of Gordon Ramsey.

If this place wasn’t an hour away from me I would be there once a month.
