We’ve been here twice in the last three weeks. This place is quite a surprise being that it’s a small building and in an odd location. Sally was our server both times. She is amazing and brings sunshine to any day. The food is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had, try this place you will not be sorry. I do recommend reservations

My husband and I went on a whim on Saturday for a kid free date. They were very busy but we were able to get seated quickly. Our server was Ashley, she was very timely and friendly and quick to answer any questions and give suggestions and know the menu well. We had no moments where we needed to wait for anything such as drinks, refills and food. I was very surprised how quickly we got our food and even more pleased with how good it was. We got the Bread Service and the bread was so warm and yummy, the spread was delicious! We also got the brussels sprouts and they are make your mouth water good - if you’re only going to choose one beginner dish this is it. The goat cheese at the bottom of the brussel sprouts really gave them that “wow” flavor, it was so creamy and delicious and was local goat cheese - I never knew you could tell a difference between store bought and local goat cheese but there is! For the main course I got Scallops & Lumache and again, DELICIOUS. The best scallops I’ve ever tasted and they were huge. We sat in the back and could see into the kitchen. Because we could see into it, I understand why our food came out so quickly, the chef and cooks were non stop moving. I could personally see the love and hard work they put into the dishes and even more so taste it. This is a one of kind restaurant and worth the drive. I’ve tried the “fancy” restaurants in Massillon, Canton, Akron and Cleveland and this tops them. This is a small family owned business where the owner is heavily involved (I learned he was the chef) and the atmosphere felt cozy and personal.

My wife and I tried 63 Corks as a Valentine’s date night and were very impressed with this “off the beaten path” gem. Went back tonight and we’re equally impressed. There was a miscommunication somewhere between appetizers and entrees, Chef Nate brought our food to our table, apologized in person, and made it right without being prompted to. This is a very important component in building trust and return guests. I even felt as if he went too far, but was appreciative of the stellar customer service and owning up to the problem immediately. The food was amazing as always and I will continue to send business, and our family his way. Top notch operation.

We went there with another couple for our wedding anniversary and every dish was outstanding. Very well prepared and extremely tender and juice. The appetizer (brussel sprouts) were only warm and not fresh off the grill but still delicious! You have plenty of food to eat and the service was well prepared and answer every question and made some great recommendations. We had reservations for 5:45 and by 6:30 the place was packed and it was very hard to have a conversation at our table due to the close proximity of everyone in a small area. Other than that - I would definitely recommend 63 Corks for any dinner occasion.

First time! And it was wonderful! Started with a glass of wine, Brussel sprouts and the fresh bread. Best Brussels I’ve had. I got the prime rib which was done perfectly as well. And for dessert the sweet potato crème Brûlée. Ashley was amazing as well! 10/10

We have been wanting to make it 63 Corks si ce the opened! Finally we had the right time to go. At our table we had the walleye fritter, the pork chop, new York strips, winter calamari, bacon wrapped scallops, gnocchi, lava cake, sweat potato cream Brule, and New York cheesecake, there wasn't 1 thing that passed our lips that was not amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth delicious.I had the rest of mine for lunch today.The restaurant is intimate so make a reservation if you can plan ahead when you want to go.The atmosphere is perfect for a date night out or a going out with anyone you want to have a conversation with.Our waitress was great, when we go again we hope to have her again.It looks like a converted house so don't miss it when you drive into town, it is the perfect setting for the delicious flavors you will experience.Don't worry about the drive, it's worth it!

Our experience with 63 Corks was fantastic. Scallops were cooked to perfection, gnocchi and Parmesan cream was fantastic and the aged ribeye was delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience from service to drinks to dinner and dessert. We look forward to returning!
