Placed an order at 7:19 with 4 items, got 3 had to wait 15+ minutes for the mini blizzard ... 3 other orders were given in front of us. When I went up to ask I was told they were busy and they would get to it. Not happy since we finished our ice cream before my 7 year old even got his.

After only ordering a small blizzard we were told to pull forward ( this seems to always be the case) After sitting pulled ahead for 20 minutes an employee comes out and says the ice cream is not frozen and they could make something else for us that was the same price????? Ummm what else would we want if there is no ice cream???
