Stopped in on 1/14/2026 to grab some dinner and let’s just say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ordered to go at. The staff( a female) was sitting on the back floor against the equipment on her phone during the time I had entered. Not really a big deal as this would be today’s work ethic. When I received my order($5.00 Meal deal) everything was old and cold. They had me waiting like I was going to receive Hot Fresh food. Wrong.. if I would have started eating it as soon as I left I would have went back in and asked for my money back.. instead I’m allowing others who aren’t from the area know to stay away!!!

If you order one cup of coffee behind a carload of folks , you would think they'd have the folks pull forward , so you can get your one cup of coffee instead of weight seven and a half minutes.

I stand by what I've been saying for years about this mcdonalds. The order accuracy is the worst I have seen. Terrible. Pisses me off everytime. Will not be going back. You only give your ex so many shots before you cut them off completely. I will never go back. Zero stars.
Slow and the complete order was wrong.
2 years later nothing has changed. Literally thrown together burger. The squirt of ketchup completely missed the burger. Large fry container has enough fries to fill a medium fry... maybe. Go to hardees down the road.

Service was incredibly slow, even with little to no people ordering, it took them 20 minutes to get me a cup of coffee, food partially made up for it, I would not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry or have low patience.

The guy today at the window where you pay has a personality like a rock .. horrible customer service! Every time I go through the drive thru & he has been at that window it is the same thing. The girl at the food pickup window is always friendly.
So I was here the managers are top of the line when it comes to customer service they helped me they fixed the problem I encourage all if u go here be nice to Kim she really has customer service down pat and she will do her best to accommodate any issue Kim thank u

We did a kiosk order but my mother needed to order with a live person.after finally ordering and waiting over 20 additional minutes we did not get everything. This was dine in thank god we didn't drive home and realize half was missing. Don't stop here.

Husband went through McDonald’s in Strasburg tonight. Said it was the slowest McDonald’s he has ever seen, didn’t get all of his food. waiting 20 minutes to get his food only to find out there were no french fries, had to turn around and go inside and they said oh we don’t have fries dropped waited another 10 minutes for french fries he was there for 30 minutes waiting for his entire order to be ready… they were obviously under under staffed and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for letting it go like this

The women’s bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to use. Unflushed toilets (probably not the employees fault there) the mirror smeared with god knows what, the tap had black gunk on it, and didn’t work. I had soap all over my hands and no paper towel option to wipe it off, only a hand dryer. I had to rinse my hands with the bottled water I brought with me. Disgusting.

Went thru the drive thru and the young punk boy that was taking orders has no clue about customer service. I asked for salt and he said ok. Gave me my food and disappeared without giving me my salt or a straw. I guess i shouldn’t expect more out of a drive thru worker that hates his job.
