Let’s face it, McDonald’s sucks. But I stopped at this one late one night and I was hungry and staying at the hotel next door. I did a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, it wasn’t very busy and I waited a while, but when my food came, it was piping hot and correct, well worth waiting a few minutes.

I usually keep these positive, but this place is a crap shoot. You never really know what you might get....your food....someone else's.....have got good things....have had them forget the burger patty twice. Once they refused to fix it, saying there no way anyone could have done that, and I must have eaten it. Staff is normally pretty nice and tend to blame management.

We placed an order in the app to pick up in the drive thru. It took 20 minutes for a sausage McMuffin, sausage biscuit and a plain biscuit. Slowest fast food restaurant
If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely the worst experience ever. I did a DoorDash order and never got my food from them. The girl that was delivering was amazing she called me to tell me that the service was terrible and they weren’t accepting my order. I’ve come here in the past and they are so rude and I could tell they were rude to this young lady as well. So I never ended up getting my food. This young lady wasted her gas. And the people and food here are the worst. This young lady ended up paying for my order at Hardee’s instead. Hardee’s is the place to go. AVOID THE MCDONALDS STRASBURG!!! If you want to make a change start with the manager because she was awful! This place could be great but it starts with great service and this lady was just rude.
