Slowest and rudest McDonald's I have even been to! Waited over 10 mins before anyone even showed up at the register. We did a kiosk order but my mother needed to order with a live person.after finally ordering and waiting over 20 additional minutes we did not get everything. This was dine in thank god we didn't drive home and realize half was missing. Don't stop here.

Husband went through McDonald’s in Strasburg tonight. Said it was the slowest McDonald’s he has ever seen, didn’t get all of his food. waiting 20 minutes to get his food only to find out there were no french fries, had to turn around and go inside and they said oh we don’t have fries dropped waited another 10 minutes for french fries he was there for 30 minutes waiting for his entire order to be ready… they were obviously under under staffed and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for letting it go like this

The women’s bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to use. Unflushed toilets (probably not the employees fault there) the mirror smeared with god knows what, the tap had black gunk on it, and didn’t work. I had soap all over my hands and no paper towel option to wipe it off, only a hand dryer. I had to rinse my hands with the bottled water I brought with me. Disgusting.

Went thru the drive thru and the young punk boy that was taking orders has no clue about customer service. I asked for salt and he said ok. Gave me my food and disappeared without giving me my salt or a straw. I guess i shouldn’t expect more out of a drive thru worker that hates his job.

We never actually ordered food, the bathroom was so disgusting we were afraid to eat there... the lobby needed cleaning as well... so we left and went elsewhere. Perhaps they were having a bad day...

I had to stop here after a horrible experience at the one in Massillon where we had to receive a refund. I am so glad that the staff was friendly and hustling to get the orders from the dining room and drive-through out. Our chicken nuggets and fries were hot and fresh. The lady who was working explained that it would be a few extra minutes due to them having to make the nuggets. I will stop at this location again. Thank you to the crew that worked on 19 July 2025 at approximately 2130 hours for the great experience.

Very quick and fast service and very good food quality
Limp barely cooked bacon on sandwich. No extra sce after paying more for it! Employees too worried bout their music instead of orders! HI-C needs changed. (Check fountain pop before serving) Skip this location 👎

UPDATE 4/30/2025: Ice cream machine not working so no vanilla milkshake. Also waited over 15 minutes for food through drive thru after ordering 2 McChickens. Finally had to go inside to remind them we were waiting. This is not the usual for this restaurant.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the best McDonald's we have experienced in recent years. Always great service, and the food exceeds our typical McDonald's experience. It seems that it may be family owned/operated (my guess based on service and quality). Fries have always been hot and fresh. Sandwiches have always appeared to be freshly made and perhaps a bit better than typical quality. Give them a try!!!
