So many people standing around talking about the night before and got my oder wrong and didn't realize until we were down the road. This is not the first time that this happened here!!!

This is the nastiest McDonald's I have ever been to the food is always cold the French fries are the same way cold the Carmel frappe machine has been broke for over two months who ever owns. This one needs to fire all the workers and hire new people that have respect and are not rude to the customers because with our us customers they won't even have a job

I wish I could rate 0 stars. The kiosk didn't give me a receipt and they ruined 50.00 worth of food after a 15+ minute wait. When I special order sandwiches, you think they would be educated enough to read the orders out as they come across.

Food is always over cooked BUT COLD. Pies taste like they are a week old and they don't give you the ones you ordered, they just throw whatever they have in there or none at all. French fries are usually half full. Someone has an obsession with extra extra mustard, even on sandwiches that aren't supposed to have mustard. Fish sandwiches are hard and dry, cheese is hard, dime size amount of tarter.

Last ditch place to eat in pinch. It's a surprise every time you open your order.

I went through the drive thru and paid $6.98 for 2 double cheese plain. Y am I paying $3.50 for a double cheeseburger?

Staff's friendly and always nice. But some of our foods mostly missing. Seem to have to go back through drive thru too often. Not sure about now but the ice cream/ milkshake machines always down. And recently our order was wrong and I caught it at the window and my 5 yr old grandson wanted the ffs and a lady / assuming she was in charge came to the window and demanded all the food back. And my grandson of course start crying because he don't understand what's going on. But her attitude and demeanor was uncalled for. She didn't have to be so mean and rude. I try to avoid this McDonald's as much as I can. I'll drive the extra 10/15 mins to Dover McDonald's.

Went through the drive thru this morning took me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. And there was only 1 car in front of me. I only order 4 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and 2 hashbrown. When I finally got my order went home just down the road opened my bag and all the sandwiches were unwrapped. Looks like they just threw all the parts of the sandwiches in the bottom of the bag and balled up the wrappers and threw them on top.

Very short on staff. Charged us for shakes. Came out and said machine not working but that's ok I didn't charge you for meals, I didn't know how.Manager very grouchy and short with who was there.Will not stop again
