No one to take order, waited several minutes before having to use the kiosk. Done chairs , floor, and tables disgusting!! Filthy & Gross! Order took over 25 minutes for 4 items and 2 cars in drive thru. I travel through here frequently and will never be back.

For my fellow truck drivers, there are about 10 spots I think. Quiet and dark, good sleep spot. Late night food run. Got to the drive thru and was told it would be about a 15min delay because there were 2 very large orders in front of me, and they apologized for the wait time. (It was much shorter than they thought) After I ordered and got to the window, I was greeted with another apology and 2 discount coupons for my next time there. They were friendly and a lot quicker than they thought. I really appreciated it. As for the food, well it is Taco Bell. Lol All in all, what could have been a bad experience was made much better by a great staff.

Allergic to tomatoes and the taco cheese give heartburn, anytime I request they get removed the modification is ignored. wait times are long and store is typically dirty. Frustrating because the other Taco Bell’s in the area don’t have these problems.

We have ordered food from here twice in the past couple of months, and each time it takes forever. Even though we ordered via the app before we got to the store, it still took at least 20 extra minutes to actually get our orders. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the next closest Taco Bell.
