Food was better then service and it really needs cleaned. We walked in and was not a person in sight and tables were dirty. They was no other customers and no one caring about the store . The service was not great. Nothing inviting about coming here or coming back.

I'm not sure what's happening here, but the staff is ALWAYS looking extremely depressed and stressed out. Every order has been wrong in some way, almost always missing items, and customizations are so often done wrong, like when I asked for cheese dip on the side of my mexican pizza and they poured it over the top... I'm worried for the employees and hope something can change in the management chain to make both the employee and customers' lives better.
Edit: This started as a 3-star review, but after reading other reviews, it's become obvious that this location has problems that require serious attention. Hopefully someone from corporate can visit and do an inspection or something because there seem to be actual human rights violations happening in this store.

I order Taco Bell on Door Dash. It used to come from Massillon and was always fantastic, but the last few times it has come from Strasburg and my order has been wrong. Literally every time I've gotten it from that store my order has been wrong. Not sure what is wrong with the people that work there, but getting it wrong every time is a little ridiculous.

Mid day meals are bomb, everything is done right, food is hot and wrapped nicely. Night shift needs talking to, I went in a few weeks ago and got a chicken quesadilla. The tortilla was not put on the clamshell grill, the quesailla was not cut and the cheese didnt even melt. I threw it away. At 10pm I went in and ordered 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches and 2 Spicey Potato Soft Tacos. The Gordita Crunches were not pressed in the Clamshell grill and were cold. I dont know if the Potato Soft Tacos also get the squeeze out of the Clam grill but they were not. It is really disappointing when you get home from work and want a quick bite from taco bell just for your apatite to be ruined by cold american style mexican fast food. Please talk to your night shift workers. I want to enjoy my food without having to eat a cold taco.
