The pizza is very good, but I won't go back there. I had several negative interactions. The good pizza does not override poor, unfriendly service, which I got every time. I ordered a pizza before 5:00pm on a Friday. I completely understand that Fridays are busy for pizza places, but my daughter waited until after 7:00pm to get our pizza. Unacceptable. The last straw was they gave me the wrong order and did not even offer a coupon for the inconvenience of waiting for another pizza to be made. There are way too many pizza places to choose from to accept such poor service.

Poor service, pricy, tables “sticky”. Got “sticky substance”, like ketchup on my shirt and asked for a rag with water to wipe it off, was handed a bottle of degreaser and napkins to clean my shirt and wipe down the table. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in and apparently walked straight into a silent film—no “hello,” no smile, just the staff perfecting their blank stares. Plus my plan ahead order was late.

Order on time. Pizza...horrible. Chicken, overcooked, dry, and stringing. Salad, well it is lettuce. Customer service, they did say hello, but he was busy on his phone. Customer service, none. Wouldn't even help a customer with a cane trying to carry the order, at least open the door. Cell phone was more important. Will not order again. Zero stars if possible. Frozen pizza would have been better.

Hadn’t had Antonio’s for quite a while as the last experience was brutal. Nothing has changed because this time around it was even worse: sloppily made ‘NY style” pepperoni pizza made by somebody who can’t apply toppings evenly (ONE TOPPING) with sauce that tastes like an expired version of Chef Boyardee, and chicken that was dry, greasy and stringy as you regretfully made your way through it. The salad with cooked pepperoni on top is destined for the trash can, but it won’t be lonely as it will be accompanied by the rest of the pizza.
Almost $40 for the sad offering.
Obvious problems at this location with very little prospect of turning out product that looks good and is edible. Back to Dominoes because they’ve improved drastically and make a way better pizza than Antonio’s.
Never thought I’d say that, but there it is.

I had an awful experience at Antonio's. The staff was cold and rude for forgetting a pizza I ordered and paid for. I was waiting inside for little over an hour and they kept on asking what pizza I got. The staff was also gossiping about me as if I was not sitting in the lobby. The food was fine but the experience truly ruined my day.

Update: I would just like to share the I received a call from the management apologizing. This was very kind, and definitely a testament to their care as a restaurant. My experience remains the same but I appriciate a place that is willing to grow and improve. Hopefully, this experience does not occur again.

Mixed bag. Detroit style pizza was very good, supreme pizza was good with plenty of toppings. Margarita pizza was awful. Like a piece of cardboard. No cheese and no basil. How is that a margarita pizza? Expensive!
$75 for three pizzas.

Somehow this is considered “extra” cheese.. never have I ever seen sooo much sauce leaking through a thin layer of “extra” cheese I literally have to scoop it off.

Once again you didn’t follow the instructions on the order. I’ve spent a hellified a lot of money there. Won’t do it again. You don’t seem to understand NO ONIONS or EXTRA ranch.

I’ve been getting pizza at Antonio’s since they opened in Strongsville. It seems like since I was born. Not only do they have the best pizza, I love the managers. I love the owners. The pizza is exquisite. It’s perfect. In every way I have never had a bad pizza From Antonio’s.. thank you for being here thank you for staying. There are those of us who knows what real pizza taste like because of you. See you soon.😎

We've been going here for several years. We used to like the 216 Pizza but the last 2 weeks have looked like the picture. Looks okay at the top but is completely burnt on the bottom. We will not be ordering from Antonio's in Strongsville anymore
