Gave us motz sticks that were old so we asked for new ones. I decided to check the rest of the bag and the cashier ended up just giving me a regular roast beef so I told him I ordered the one with cheese and he hit me with hella attitude. Waited 7 minutes for another round of cold motz sticks and a sandwich I didn’t order🙄

I wanted to share my experience from last night at one of your locations. When I visited, the worker who assisted me was quite rude. It felt as though he thought I was there to ask for something for free, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. I had placed an order for three burgers and asked for a cup of water, but the way he responded made me feel unwelcome. This isn’t the kind of service I expect, and it left me disappointed with the experience.

On 7/13/24 we went to get the wraps that were advertised at 2 for 5. They charged us the full price for each wrap, also they had no sauce on them! We got one bbq and three ranch. Absolutely no sauce and we weren’t given the 2 for 5 as advertised. Extremely disappointing. We frequent this Arby’s as we live right up the street but now we won’t be returning. I would rather spend the money elsewhere ?

Went here for lunch and everything was delicious! I tried the 2 for 5 ranch wraps and they are amazing!! The lady in the drive thru was so nice and all my food was hot and fresh. I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

They lost my business. I drive all day and go to walk in instead of the drive through because I have been working all day and need out of the car. I am not going to spend money to a business that says they are open but lock the doors to the dine in section. You lost business now that means less profit and labor money you can use to pay your employees more money so that you actually have a staff. Terrible way to run a business I will not be coming back.
