1110 am visit today to get an original pretzel. I was told we only have nuggets, because that’s what most of the patrons want. Almost as bad as southpark who was only serving soft drinks when open for business.

Pretzel nuggets were hard and was refused another batch, no free water, employees not in uniform so you couldn't tell who works there, awful. The Subway was not good either, skimped on ingredients. Just go to another one, not worth wasting the $15.

I got some min pretzel dogs here yesterday evening, and I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning, it has carried on all day today. I'm extremely sick. Never eating here again.

Super rude, upset that we were willing to wait on pretzels to be made. They were so mad that we were willing to wait for a pretzel dog and pepperoni pretzel (nothing crazy) that they purposely put only 2 pepperonis on the pretzel and burnt the pretzel dog. I would never go back to this location and caution you from going here either.
Worst $10 I've spent in a while. Pretzels tasted like they were from last night and reheated. Very disappointed.

This location has gone downhill the past few months! I’m assuming new management?! A lot of the familiar faces I’d see are no longer there. Also no longer accepting coupons because “a subway is attached”. I asked about the old employees and was told they were fired because they weren’t good workers. I was baffled I remember one of them was amazing and there for like 7 years. Hard to believe they weren’t “good”.

Just a heads up that they can't utilize the app for coupons, etc. since they are also a Subway location. This is across the board for any Auntie Anne's/Subway locations which I did not know until I had already ordered but that's no big deal. Besides that, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the food/frozen lemonade was decent.

To be honest wish i could give less than a star! Came into walmart to shop and grab my normal snack from here waited and waited to be served by carly as she proceded to have a conversation with a young gentleman and then went into the back and proceded to conversate more. I asked if anyone was working on auntie annes side and subway worker said no as if this particular person basically socializes all day. Then finally get service and hear her say that she doesnt give a f... if im mad about service ...well guess what i will not buy from here ever again and kiss my $5 tips goodbye as well.
