Bree was very nice and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. The service was fast and 100% would recommend the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites.

Very disappointed. My teenage son went to order pretzels and drinks and was met with rude, short, and ignorant behavior from the two women working. No friendliness or basic respect at all. Customer service needs improvement. To be clear, this is the downstairs location.

Good when they have what you want and are willing to make it for you, but never have the mini pretzel dogs and today none of the 3 locations were willing to make any. One said it was a 10-15 minute wait, I said I’d wait. She kept telling other customers the same knowing none would be made. They didn’t even start making any in the 25 minutes I waited. Went to another, I asked how long it would be and they said “we are only making them by order so about 20 minutes, but I would suggest looking at the other locations” which I had already done and none had any. Very disappointed at the staff this visit. Lack of effort and care.

The workers have a bad attitude!! Specially the women who workes there i ask for a cup of pretezel with no salt they said not available will be ready by 10 min I came back after 10 min they haven’t make anything and they lied to me that they sold everything I said fine just give me the one with salt ,, was dry and looks like been sitting there for an hour or more !! When i asked for a refund the lady gives me an attitude!!

I recently visited the pretzel shop and had the pleasure of being helped by Kayla. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my experience so much better! Not only did she greet me with a warm smile, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Kayla, for making my visit a memorable one! I’ll definitely be coming back.
