This is a big no-go for me. I love a good burger, and often make my own home-made. I cannot truly think of an accurate comparison, due to the fact that I believe Five Guys would easily be acceptable and more fairly priced. I believe the cheapest sandwich was bologna; yes, bologna somehow made the menu at 7.99$, not including fries. Fries are 4.99$ à la carte, which are essentially a cup of Steak N' Shake fries with rosemary. Our party of three spent nearly fifty dollars on three burgers, mine being the cheapest at 9.99$, and one order of fries for the table. The food itself was completely unfairly priced and mediocre. This is the one time in my experiences dining in that I considered tipping the waitress and leaving, simply because of the insane prices. In hindsight, I should have. The food was nowhere near satisfying for the price.

Great service and some of the best fries anywhere.

great service by Richard and food was very good!! you can still get all the pickles brought to your table instead of the pickle bar- actually more convenient that way. and love the coffee BBQ ketchup

When my wife and I first stopped here we were so excited they had a gluten free bun. The food was outstanding and we never forgot about it. On a trip moving across the country we made plans to go hours out of our way to stop at the B Spot. The whole ride from Washington we anticipated the delicious Burgers. Their limited Covid menu was a bit of a bummer, but the burgers were still fantastic and the shakes were great.

One of the best burgers I've ever consumed. Get the plate of pickles too. You won't regret it.

Excellent burgers. Nice selection of combinations. The atmosphere had a upbeat, modern vibe with a relaxed, kick back feel. It's worth the trip.

Yes yes yessir I will go there for the rest of my life if I couldThe burgers are delicious and the fries are amaaazingThe servers there are nice and helpfulGood seating. If you don't like Covid and want it to die, there is seating close to the outside. Over all, this place is one of my favorite restaurants. (I forgot to take pictures sorry (╥﹏╥)) um, the menu is cut down because of covid-19, but there is still lots of options. If you want the full menu, scan the barcode on the table.

Female manager was rude and unprofessional. Bartender was nice however.

Atmosphere was unique. And that was the best. My order was based on a laminated sheet of paper .that was a far cry from what's found on-line there was no chicken sandwich no pickle bar the float I ordered to drink was DIY they brought a shake and bottle of root beer, the onion rings had so many floaters in it my date reordered his . we needed to request napkins. It may have been an off day ? But after we got the onion rings replaced we received our check and no offer of desert options . this was early Eve on a Saturday. We will go elsewhere for our next time to have a nice meal

Not good. Dry burgers. Small tiny fries! Wasted $42 on raw burgers . I really wanted to like it but it was a disappointment

This place is normally amazing but today it was a disaster. The server have us our drinks and didn't give us our straws and then took another 10 minutes to give us our straws. Then I asked for my burger to be medium rare and got a well done burger. It was also very disappointing to see that alot of their best items were no longer on the menu.

not much of a menu selection. having to pay for fries to go with your burger.

I went here for lunch on 7/27 and was very disappointed. I'm not sure if the restaurant cut down menu and quality to survive covid but if that is the case they should have lowered their prices to match the experience they were offering. The menu is very limited to what it used to be. Four or five burger options, some soup and salad and two milkshake flavors (chocolate and vanilla). I ordered a Lola burger, fries and a chocolate milkshake. The burger and fries were good although the bun was not the challah burger bun but rather a standard .99 cent bun that wasn't even toasted. Additionally the size of the milkshake was about half of what they used to be which was also disappointing as it is still $5.99. Altogether it was $25 for those three items. The drop in quality, quantity and options were disappointing but paying that much for the experience I had was the kicker. I like to support all these restaurants in these times but a lowering of the standard must meet a lowering of the price. Would love to see them return to doing what they used to do.
