Most experiences at this location have been fabulous however tonight- we got up and left. We were seated immediately but were never waited on. We waited for about 25 minutes but decided to leave after not getting our orders taken. The service here was unbelievable.

The shrimp was very mushy today. Normally, it's crisp and has a good texture. They also forgot to add the cod to my codfather, which was a letdown.
At least our waitress was very nice! She was kind, understanding and accomadating.

Great tasting food. Made to order tacos! And they also have house special recipe tacos as well! Good portions, three was plenty! Great prices as well!
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps at all to enter the restaurant. Once inside there is seating on the same level as you enter, and some seating that you need to use stairs.

Food was cold. Sanitation was terrible (dirty counters never wiped). Service was average at best. Staff clearly not trained in service or food safety. Never saw or spoke with a manager. As a GM and Partner for 30+ years in the industry, I have never left a negative review... Barrio needs some serious help!
Not a great first takeout experience. The packaging and pickup experience was good, but the tacos ranged from meh to bad.
The steak one was inedible as it was cooked medium rare.

Everything was great in the beginning. We had a group of 7 guests and the staff were able to accommodate us for table space on the upper level as we called a week before to reserve. The server was great and attentive. However, after we paid the bill and chatted for a bit the staff asked us to leave because they needed the table space for a large group. The entire lower level tables were empty expect for maybe a couple two seaters and there was only one other table full besides ours. We were not being loud or obnoxious. We were totally caught off guard because up until that point we had good service. The staff was very rude once the bill was paid. I can see if the tables were full and if there is a time limit on a certain amount of guests, the restaurant should notify guests ahead of time. I would not recommend this location to anyone for a group or maybe even service in general.
