Staff lacked knowledge of the menu/business and treated us as a burden to serve. The food was poor quality and cold. Items were also incorrect and missing. They nickel and dime you for everything plus there’s an extra fee for “rising costs” added on to each check. The decorations for Halloween are very nice but the resources should be spent on food quality and staff training.

10/10 for Halloween decorations but that's about where it ends. Staff was less than friendly, acted as if they were bothered by us being there. The food was not good, burgers dried out, cold fries. They should focus more on the food rather than decorations. The waitress didn't know what was included on the menu, wasn't sure if they could accommodate special request. Ended up charging us $7 for kettle chips because she didn't know if one of the meals came with fries, which it did. Paid for something we didn't need. $1 for a side of ranch, 75¢ for BBQ sauce, $1 for a slice of cheese on a piece of grilled chicken and then charge 4% fee per check on top of everything due to rising costs. 🙄

Came here for work outing with 20 people, reserved a table in advance. Service, drinks and food were really bad. Food came out at different times so a lot of us didn’t get our food until others were finished. My burger and fries were forgotten. The waiter said it would be right out. I got it an hour later and it was cold, missing toppings but the fries were hot. Some ordered doubles but said their drinks tasted like straight juice. I ordered a regular cocktail, and also tasted only pineapple juice. The check was brought over to us before everyone got their food. Don’t come here unless you like cold food and watered down drinks.
Brew Garden has cemented itself well in Strongsville. Beautiful patio for the warmer months. Always some sort of seasonal theme if that's your cup of tea. Food menu is vast and the offerings are plentiful.

We ordered take out for the Browns game last week. The chicken chili was so salty we couldn’t eat it, the brussel sprouts were in grease so deep we threw those away and the only thing edible was the margarita bread. Never going back there again.
