The chicken breading was gross. The chicken was so dry. The bacon on my sandwich was burnt and my cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were tasteless. The food took forever to come out. The service was so slow. The server barely checked on us. The only positive of this place is it is a super amazing Christmas pop up or decorated place.

Great place to go for the novelty of festive decorations. The food is average bar food that is hit or miss. Family members frequent and we recently met up. The wait was over an hour. I get it. We got bar service and looked around Once seated we were tended to. Perfect. We then proceeded to wait an hour and a half for our food. We could tell something had happened, but when we inquired we were told it was just due to the crowd and we could always call ahead. Bad look guys. Just be honest. There was a problem in the kitchen and we are so sorry. That goes a lit further than how it was handled. Cold food, rubbery noodles and a huge bill. Sigh.

Decorations were so beautiful!! My friend and I came here for a vibe and dinner and were not disappointed. Rachel was our server and was so nice and attentive despite the packed establishment. Definitely recommend.

If you want to eat at a restaurant with some serious Christmas cheer, this is the place! If you want quick service, this is not the place. My Christmas ale was delicious đ but I had to wait at the bar about 20 minutes before I was served. When we ordered dinner, our server was super friendly, but it took a while to get our food (my side didn't come out until after I was done with my entree, so I ended up taking at home). I would definitely be willing to try this place again, but maybe not during a themed season.
Parking: The outside area was closed on this visit, but they do have an expansive outside area during the summer.

Sitting at the bar, manager comes over and tells us we canât sit there cause itâs for walk up service, and then walks away. We had already been served, had an open tab and bartender never said anything to us. What a rude way to treat your guests. Really rude and disappointing
Place is mediocre and busy. Worst part is the sneaky hidden surcharge of 4% for all food and beverages. Their excuse was so they didnt have to update their menu due to inflation. Mad about the deception, not the cost increase.

Went for the Christmas experience. If you want food that has been sitting under a burner, a 2-3 hour wait, and subpar service then this is the place for you. They put my phone number in wrong. I asked to confirm, along with my husband, multiple times since we never got a welcome text after putting in our names. We were assured that we would get a test when our table was ready. I went up at least 6 times to confirm our place in line, each time being told that we were moving along. Apparently they had been texting the wrong number so much (to say that our table was ready) that the incorrect number called the restaurant. We had waiting almost 3 hours instead of the 1.5 hours originally estimated. When mentioning this after it was realized by staff. I was told that basically I shouldnât be mad about this since they were busy. I then saw this staff woman and the man that mainly made the mistake at the host check-in leaning and standing doing nothing for extended periods of time talking. This overall experience was horrible. They messed up and then tried to make us feel as if we werenât validated in being upset. The food was rock hard; as if it had been under the heater. Overall taste was just average. I would not recommend. I donât write reviews often. I certainly should write more good ones, but this one definitely warrants a poor one. They will stay busy, because the decor lures people though. I sure do hope that allure wears off, as the true quality of food and service are not great. None of them wear name tags, and Facebook reviews are turned off. I suspect that may be for a reason.. I sure hope this review helps anyone âon the fenceâ make their decision about dining at this restaurant.
