Their bagels are freshly baked, with that perfect crispy exterior and soft, chewy center. You can really taste the quality in every bite.The service was quick and friendly, and the space is clean and welcoming. They also have great options for coffee and sides—my latte was smooth and well-crafted, and the hash brown bites were a nice touch. Great for a grab-and-go breakfast or a casual brunch stop. Definitely one of my new go-to spots. Highly recommend!

I buy bagels from the Strongsville, OH location every Friday for my employees. It’s a big order and sometimes the (I call them speciality bagels) would be low or sold out. OR I’d come in with my order and wipe them out. The team (especially the baker Jose) offered to take my standing order to make sure I could purchase what my staff loves & have them ready for me going forward. We confirm my order every Thursday - and every Friday my order is ready for pick up! The GM is amazing and always has a smile on her face even when the line is long. The employees are polite, efficient, very well trained and work great under pressure.

This was a Door Dash order. A week ago I order 12 plain bagels for my daughter. Out of the 12 she could only eat 6. The other 6 were herbed bagels which my daughter is allergic to any herbs. We wondered why the plain ones were setting her off for first time come to find out was because they were in same bag as these six herbed bagels. Not a good situation. Today I placed order for 9 plain bagels and even called in. First I was told 3 plain I said it should show three orders of 3 plain and she said oh yes I see that now. I explained last order and it just felt like I wasn’t being heard. I honestly love this location they are normally wonderful. But please please hear me about the issue from last order. My daughter could have ended up in hospital.
I don't see how this is authentic. Coffee didn't have any flavor except for the chocolate that was an inch thick on the bottom. The bagels were hard. The hashbrown tasted like it was frozen. Mush with cheddar on the inside and no flavor on the outside. I can make a better order with ingredients from the dollar store. Sucks I can't get my money back from this.

Stopped in 45 minutes before closing. The lady at the counter was super friendly, my sandwich was quick and exactly as I was hoping for. Zero complaints and would absolutely order here again.

Repulsive. I just went there to get a bagel and there was one employee. She handled cash with one of her gloves on and then proceeded to make someone’s sandwich using the same glove. I walked out as did another person who saw it. This is unacceptable. Mark my words it really happened.
