Terrible! Long wait, I waited 15 minutes for a bagel they were out of! I saw three very courteous people working there and they hustled the whole time but couldn’t keep up with the 4-6 customers in line at all times.I’ll head to Dounut Scene next door for my morning stop. This place has been going downhill for a while now.

If you want to make getting a bagel an all day event this is the place to go. You walk in and wait 15-20 minutes before you’re even acknowledged then wait another 20-30 minutes before you get your food. Seems like they’re always waiting on eggs to be done… maybe buy another egg maker ???

I waited almost 20 min for my order, they only had 1 person working and a line out the door. The person gave me my order when done and was annoyed, seemingly at me. I asked for toasted my bagel wasn’t even close to that.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, juice and bagels

Multiple times I have come here and waited in line for 30+ minutes to just leave empty handed. Service personnel are nice, but there is no slower service in all of strongsville.

This place is always a mess. The staff is always in some state of turmoil and it doesn’t seem very clean. The managers (who are always different) are usually scolding the staff and it’s just awkward. They prioritize DoorDash orders over in-person customers and I recently waited 25 minutes for a dozen bagels. I almost went behind the counter and put them in a bag myself.

Needs to invest in training employees or close down. I'll assist with the basics, "toasted" means put in the toaster, and you would think common sense would be to put the cream cheese on one side of the herby turkey and the sundried tomato spread on the other, not both spreads on the same side right? And in minimal quantity at that. I'm not even sure what sort of incompetence was required to pull that one off. Anyway, the second star is because I laughed before tossing my sandwich in the trash. You can't save em all.

Don’t bother ordering online. It’s been a half dozen times at this point; they never have your sandwich ready within the 15-20 minutes the app tells you. Most, if not all of the time they have no idea about your order, asking when you placed it and forcing you to wait for them to make it. I waited a half hour once behind everyone in line. Didn’t I order ahead and to go to avoid this?!

Would rate it much lower, but the staff was very friendly and quick. They removed all the tables and chairs from the entire place. They claim they "don't have the space" but that is absolutely absurd bc they had the exact same space for at least 2 decades before covid and had chairs and tables. Just another business using covid as an excuse to offer poor customer service. The food is not horrible, but definitely not good. Nice staff, at least, but I won't be coming back based on their lack of care for customer service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The service this morning was extremely rude and uncalled for. I get it, it is a busy Sunday morning but being told by employees that "it's too busy for me to do that for you" when trying to order take out, is extremely rude. Will not be returning to this location.

You used to be able to come in, get your food and sit at a table, have your cup of coffee, have your bagel and read the paper here or meet up with a friend or coworker. Now, it feels very cold. There are no tables at all and it is very uninviting. If you're going to have a to-go business, why not downsize to a smaller venue, like a food truck or a push cart?
