Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Maybe it was a one off, but our server very infrequently came to our table. Very slow service. It too more than 45 min to get our bill, then another 15 min to get our credit card back. it took 30 minutes to get drinks, and another 20 minutes to reorder flat pepsi. Nothing for 3 people in our party who have a birthday. An appology before we left because our server was "tied up with a party of 40 people with individual bills" - which i dont care to know. I had a party of 11 family including my 85 yo parents. I should have reached out to management but nobody was at the desk when we left. The food was great, the lemon chicken was average.

We came from my aunt 70th birthday party, which was a surprise. The staff was very accommodating for the large party we had. It was an evening we will all remember.

Our server, Renee, was amazing. She made a few suggestions and they were delicious. The pace of the meal was good, too. We usually love the chicken limon because it's so tender. However, two of the three pieces in the serving were barely edible because of their rubbery texture. I'm not sure if it was an ingredient issue or due to a problem preparing it. We'd return again though.

Overall was OK, but am deeply disappointed: we specificially stated that the dinner was for a milestone birthday and received no birthday "treat" after spending $200 for dinner. Usually they would throw an ice cream your way or something. Nothing this time. Was one of the reasons went there as opposed to another Italian restaurant.

The table placement worked great for our group of 11, thank you for that! Food was good. Grateful to have somewhere to gather on New Year's Day.

Went on New Year's Eve and it was quiet and not busy. Server apparently wasn't happy working on NYE and her service showed. Our chicken had raw parts in it. When we told our server, she asked another server "isn't there supposed to be pink in it?" The other server rolled her eyes and said no. Didn't take the dish off the bill. Instead they handed us 2 coupons. Pretty sure we won't be using those.

Server was very good, however food was sub par and cold when served. could have cooked better at home.

Food was great. Service was amazing and they got us in and food came quickly. Server was attentive even though they were super busy. Server made sure our food was right, hot and to our liking.

Food was very average, spaghetti with meat sauce was good, pizza was not and breadsticks were undercooked. Overall, the value was disappointing and thought it was overpriced.
