Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Our server was non existant. We waited over an hour for our food. She came by on her way to the other table of people who arrived 20 or so minutes after us And Asked if we wanted cheese garlic bread. We were hungry so we said yes and when I got the check, I saw I was charged $17 for the bread. Then she never came back to see how we were doing. We ordered two bucca big meals and a $22 salad that was drowned in so much dressing we couldn't eat it. When we were ready to leave, we asked for to go dishes for the carbonara and the stuffed chicken we got cold so we could take it home to heat up. I was hoping this family style restaurant would be a regular for us because I barely get to see my children and we were all together last night, for my birthday, even my grandchild that I haven't seen in months was so cranky and he's a wonderfully behaving child. Our set gets attitude was nasty so we won't be coming back. It was our first time and our last unfortunately.

The food is excellent! A little pricey but I'm sure it is because they serve things family style large portions... but if you want a good meal , Authentic Italian food this is the place to be! I took my grandsons and they absolutely loved it! We will go back again 🙂

The geese droppings walking up to the restaurant needs to be addressed. Not very appetizing going into the restaurant.

The only thing was they were not busy and we waited almost 10 min to be seen or seated.

Maxine was a very knowledgeable and helped us ordering. She was a delight and made the evening go smoothly. All the food came fresh and was delicious.

Our servers are always nice especially Meredith. Every experience is awesome and food is always good

Excellent food.

We hadn't been to Buca in years, and after this visit, there is no reason to go back. The broccoli side dish was mushier than baby food, thankfully the Mgr. took this off our bill. The pesto cream sauce for the prosciutto stuffed chicken was cold, sever did offer to correct, but at that point we were halfway finished. They did bring a massive sundae to make up for the issues....we said no thank you and sent it to the table next to us.....then they proceeded to charge us $18 for the sundae!!! Had to ask to have that removed. Overall a disappointment and we have no reason to return.

Went as part of a large group, Gluten free options are few and flavor was non existent. My chicken had not a dash of seasoning. Those with me had chicken parmigiana and breading was still wet as if not cooked through. Just overall a disappointing meal
