Been patronizing Bucci's for years. Belong to the birthday club. Have had Easter and Thanksgiving dinners to go. All excellent. Celebrating Dave my husband's birthday today and greeted by Lisa S. our lovely server. Lisa was very attentive and gave us excellent service. The food was fantastic as usual. We both had lasagna, our favorite, with salads and the fantastic bread. The special tonight was chicken paprikash and we couldn't resist to order it to go for tomorrow night's meal. I had enough of my lasagna left for two more meals. Had tiramasu and chocolate cake for dessert. Since we ate late in the afternoon and Saturday night is our "pizza" night, we ordered a deluxe thin crust pizza to go also. Thank you, Lisa, for making our night so special. 4 of us had dinner the evening of August 12th. One got sick before we left the restaurant and my husband was sick all night. The strange thing was they didn't eat any of the same things. J. Bella is no longer my favorite restaurant.

This resturant is very good. Waitresses are expedient and good. The food is very good. Wide selection for italian restaurant. Very romantic setting for date night. They only take people by reservation preferably. Getting in without one, is next to impossible.

The food is always good, but I prefer more sauce on Italian dishes. Pricey restaurant. The service couldn't have been better. Half hour wait to be seated at 5 pm. No reservations or call ahead for small group. Clean and handicap accessible. Plenty of parking.

The Service was off the charts which was complimented by their fabulous food! My dining friend is 100% Italian and she even complimented the food ( well, maybe her own marinara could kick some restaurant butt ) and stayed she would definitely go back! Ask for Kelly, FAB Server !!

I am in the very early stages of planning a surprise birthday party for my daughter with the help of Emily at Bucci's J Bella. From my very first phone conversation with Emily, she has been incredibly friendly and helpful, while using her professional experience to guide me in selecting the perfect amount of food for our anticipated guests, in addition to making suggestions to accommodate any guests with food sensitivities. She really took the time to listen to my needs and ideas and never made me feel rushed during our lengthy conversation. My interaction with her has truly been the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time, and I am extremely grateful! If Emily is an example of the quality I can expect from Bucci's J Bella, then I know the party will turn out to be perfect! I will write a follow-up review after the party in December and, based on my interaction with Emily so far, I expect it to be another 5-star review!
