I never feel the need to leave a negative review but tonight changed that for me. Very poor service. Attitude from everyone including management. Not accommodating to any requests. Server screwed up tabs for our party and double charged. I used to be a regular but I can honestly say I'll never be back.

Typically I’d just complain to the manager but I’m not sure where the staff all is. It’s dead on a Sunday. Food is burnt. No drink refills no silverware to eat my food.
How do you burn chips and salsa. Naked chicken tender so over done can’t cut them. Like I said I’d complain to staff but well idk where they are I guess I’ll see someone when they want paid.

Put in an order over an hour in advance only to be told when I got there that it wasn’t ready yet. Proceeded to wait in the store for over 20 minutes for said order. What’s the point in putting in an order in advance if you’re not going to have it ready at the requested time??
Update: changed to one star. Waited an hour for an order that had already been placed an hour in advance. Staff and manager refused to tell me if my order was even being actively made or not. People at the to go counter were being ignored for up to 10 minutes at a time before someone on staff would even acknowledge them. I then witnessed the manager on duty hang up on several customers who had called all at once.
When I finally got my food the sauce had dried and crusted up, and the fries were cold. Definitely a bottom five restaurant experience ever.
Extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this restaurant under its current staff.

I placed an order for pickup to be ready at 5:40. I showed up just before the pickup time and was told the order was just getting prepared. It took another 55 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone only to eventually ask for a refund. There were dozens of orders sitting at the counter, but no meals were getting bagged up and delivered. Terrible experience. The manager did not seem to care one bit. I feel terrible for the servers who had to deal with such an overwhelming experience. The manager should be ashamed at how poorly that evening was handled.

I phoned in a wing order at 4:00 pm on New Years Eve for a 4:45 pm pick up. I arrived at 4:45 to approximately 4 people waiting ahead of me. When I got to the girl working the pick ups, she said it would probably be another 20 minutes. I went ahead and paid for my order and watched as the chaos ensued. More customers coming in for pick ups and SEVERAL workers in the pick up area who either had no clue what order belonged to who or were more interested in hugging and socializing with each other. Kept inquiring about my order and continued to be told that it should be another 20 minutes. PUT THE CUSTOMERS NAME ON THE ORDER LABEL AND NOT A NUMBER. Workers were coming out to the crowd with orders and describing the food to try to match the customer. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked for my money back. Worker had to get the manager, Dave, who seemed to be walking around in a coma, oblivious to the mayhem going on around him. Had to show up at my New Years Eve party empty handed and embarrassed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We order food and waited over a hour to get it then it starts coming out in sections, cold and wrong. Then we didn’t even get all of our order. Horrible. Only thing that the manager said was oh sorry we have a big party in the back and took $10 off over a hundred dollar order which $6 was basically what we sent back or didn’t get. So what you had a big party on 12/19 that does excuse you neglecting your other paying customers who spend over a hundred there plus tip to eat and the. Act like ohh well and take off $4 for cold food that came out in sections with over a hour wait. They weren’t even really that busy and the food was dry. Lucky my husband didn’t feel like going somewhere else to wait because I wanted to leave and just pay for our apps and drinks. Just horrible.

Great place to watch sports. Service is on the slow side and inevitably someone's food will come out wrong or not hot or fresh, but they're very gracious about making it right. Good if you plan on spending a lot of time hanging out with the people you're with. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need...they may not be quick to offer refills.

Went to Buffalo wild wing in Strongsville ordered 3 order of piece wings with tray of fries 1 pop 1 bottle water and 1 Heineken zero cant believe 60 bucks for the worst meal ever wings hard dry and my own wing where spicy spicy would not ever recommend this to anyone and the server was so unprofessional caught him hiding from my table when I tried to get his attention Buffalo service went down for sure I work in restaurants for 25 years never have I had my workers do anything like this 20 bucks per order of wings is crazy f I was manager I definitely fire him and retrain servers how to be in customer service never again almost chipped my tooth with how dry and over cooked the wings where and the large order of fries wow looked like a small fry from McDonald's the only good thing was the set up of restaurants never will I take my family... didn't eat the wings cuz was scared they did something to it and thats sad to feel like your food is not safe to eat manager's need to get on this for real I can't believe we got charged 60 bucks for 3 orders of 6 piece wings wow wth
A couple friends and I spent nearly 8 hours at this location this past Saturday night. The good thing I can say is that the bartender is very kind and helpful. My concerns are that we sat at a table near the bar for over an hour before a server came over to us. He was very polite and respectful, but had trouble at times keeping up with serving us. When we finally were able to get a food order in after almost 2 hours after arriving, we had to wait over another 30 minutes for our food. The classic shredded chicken wrap I ordered was extremely small, dry and tasteless, even with medium sauce added on it, the pulled chicken was dry as a bone and had no flavor whatsoever, and the tortilla chips it came with were completely bland and unsalted. The tiny side of salsa they give you with it ran out very quickly. I could have used about three more sides of salsa to get that dry bland food down my throat. It was possibly the worst wrap I have ever eaten and extremely overpriced at $12.49. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We were seated quickly by Caitlin N. She had a very pleasant sense of humor. She was very attentive to us. My buddy has dietary restrictions. She went out of her way to accommodate him. Our food was brought quickly and it was correct and hot. The salad was large and fresh. The buffalo sauce was spiced just right. I will stop in again.

Half of our order was missing including a large fry, sauce, and chicken tenders. We had placed the order online and did not notice the mistake until we got home. We went all the way back to the restaurant as we only had half the meal, which made the portion we did have cold at that point. The manager offered nothing to rectify the situation/inconvenience and seemed genuinely annoyed when a refund was requested. We did not keep any of the food and had to go elsewhere. :/
