I decided to give BurgerFI a try and can't say I was to happy with my choice. The fries were good (though slightly under salted) but the bacon cheeseburger was mediocre at best (not to mention, it tasted very bland). I asked for pepper jack cheese (didn't get it). I asked for tomato and lettuce (only got lettuce), and I wanted lite mayo, but it wasn't a choice on the screen (& I don't trust someone would tell the cook, as that never happens), so I did without. On top of that, the burger was greasy. Worst part is, it's carryout, so I don't find these out until I'm home. I could of drove 5 minutes more, to "The Rail" and gotten a better tasting burger, done how I wanted, and definitely not as greasy. We'll have to really think twice if I give it a second chance. "For me", I am not very happy with the food.

Wow wow wow this is one of the best burgers in the NE Ohio. Fresh meat and they wagyu on the menu even have wagyu hotdogs. All burgers where full of flavor and no hormones and grass feed which is a huge deal for us. We like our food natural and fresh and BurgerFi hit it out the park. I had the Rodeo burger which was amazing with extra jalapeños.
