I ordered food, and about five minutes later someone else placed an order and received theirs before mine. Service was very slow, nothing was ready, and despite being open they had just started dropping fries. When I finally received my food, the chicken was overcooked.

Don’t waste your money here! They are rude and don’t even understand English when you are getting your food. They will make your order wrong and then act like you are the problem because they can’t understand English. Why have an entire menu for people to order from and you don’t even understand how to make what’s on it? Just dumb. $16 for the food I bought wasn’t even worth it. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Went there because of their 6.99 wings and fries deal. Multiple people ordered minutes after me and still got their food before I did. By the time I got my food, the fries were soggy and cold, and they did not put the right amount of wings in the box.

I was very disappointed. I've always wanted to try this place. Having lived in Philadelphia was hoping for a good cheesesteak. The sandwich and this was. Yeah, nothing exciting, not much meat, not very appealing to look at. I should've known it would have been bad when they asked if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise.

The cashier is a slickster offering regular or large combo. Neglecting to mention a small sandwich option which is a much better value this way he ads to his sales. We called him out on it and he and the staff had the cat ate the canary look. He knew what he was doing then he tried to say he didn't charge me for the fries and he did. Nice try buddy. Make sure you aware as the only give 1 refill which is also not good common business practice. Food was excellent so your lucky there for the review today.

Very bad attitude from the manager and assistant manager. Not worth the food to be treated like garbage. Good luck staying in business.

Poor attitudes and dirty looks from the employees severely under-portioned disappointing experience to say the least not worth the $15 I spent on this and a large drink

Picture it, mall is closing and a tired Mom and toddler need to eat. Toddler is very upset about leaving the playplace, is hungry and now throwing a fit. Mom orders food and is given fries right away. While trying to juggle her purse, drink and an upset toddler the Mom gives the toddler a fry but it is too hot and toddler drops it on the floor. The cashier apologizes even though it's not his fault and the Mom explains it's been a long day and the toddler is just tired and emotional per usual. The cashier reaches over and hands a small free package of cookies to give to the toddler. The crying stops, Mom breathes and in just a moment a stranger has helped more than they could know. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture. You truly made a difference in that Mom's day. Food was so delicious and quick too. ❤️
