Who designed this place? Seriously. I would like to ask them a question- why do you think it was a good idea to force customers to walk through the drive up lanes to enter the store? Using either entrance you must walk through cars in an active drive up lane/s . It must be unsafe as the workers wear high visibility vests in the drive up but customers.....good luck playing real life frogger.

I wish they would just bring back there mobile pick up table back!! I hate when I’m in a rush and running late to work or my break and I have to wait over 5 minutes for an employee to give me my order when I clearly see it on thr baxk counter especially when they are busy!! This location is too busy for that and the workers get annoyed when you have to interrupt them to grab your order bur that’s the whole point of me placing a mobile order so I can grab it and go not wait around for someone to hand it to me. This location needs to bring the pick up counter back. This is why I go to the Brunswick location .

I love chik fil a, but it's really frustrating that this Strongsville location is so terrible. Sitting in that ridiculously long line and fighting to get out in that heavy traffic from that awful driveway just to pay $30 for nuggets and fries cooked in filthy oil and sat under a warming light until they're so dry they're inedible. I always like to give somewhere multiple chances, I worked food service long enough to know everyone has bad days, but this food is terrible. It was actually painful drying to chew my chicken nuggets, and the fries were super dried out and so oversalted my mouth was immediately drier than the Sahara desert. The employees are very pleasant, but this is not the chik fil a to go to if you'd like to actually enjoy your food.

You know it's a fast food place. I went there because I had a certificate and I've never had a chick fillet and people just brag about the place. The sandwich is fine nothing stood out one way or the other.
Above average location although the area can get very busy. The worst location to get in and out of that I have been to but then again it's Strongsville, the armpit of Ohio.

I love this Chick Fil A!! Polly is such a sweet, kind, worker. She let my son make his own ice cream cone in 2024 on his birthday and offered my son and I a free dessert a few weeks ago because it was our first mommy son date since having his baby sister. Polly thank you for serving us so well and being such a friendly face!!

We ordered breakfast at the drive thru at 6:50 am with only 2 cars in front of us. We sat in line waiting for 15 min till they finally served the 2 cars in front of us and we pulled up to the window. Then we sat at the window for another 5-10 min waiting for our food to be served while the lady helping us just stood there waiting, not communicating to us how long it would be or what they were waiting on.
Would not recommend if you're in a rush and look for quick service.

When placing an order inside the girl at the counter was rude and acted like I was bothering her. I asked what size the medium Mac and cheese was and she didn’t know. I asked if I can see the size and she told me know none are available. If you have no containers then how can you serve it? Also if you can’t leave the counter ask someone even the manager if they can to show the size. She was very rude. At the time it wasn’t even busy in there and no one else was in line
