I have attended this establishment before and this is my first negative experience. Went through the drive thru which was crowded but moved at a good pace. Got my food, parked and took a bite of one of the 12 nuggets I order and immediately recognized they were luke warm to cold at best. The fries 🍟 were not more than warmed over. Terrible experience.

Extremely inefficient drive-through line I would suggest this location reach out to other busy locations who have managed the secret of the drive-through flow. Let’s face it. There’s always a line at Chick-fil-A right there must be some magic tricks that certain locations that are heavy volume like this one have learned that should be implemented as a standard for all Chick-fil-A‘s in the US and that is somehow some of them are actually very efficient at utilizing the two lanes and multiple stations where people are taking orders or payment to where it’s much more streamlined and efficient

Very nice staff. The young man that took my order was very patient and very respectful.
Got a kids meal and asked for the board book since my daughter is 2, went all the way home and found out they didnt even out a toy in my meal! They turned their phones off so I had to drive all the way back up and they thought it was funny. Worst chick fil a I've ever experience. Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. They knew they didn't put it in there and are trying to rip people off
Who designed this place? Seriously. I would like to ask them a question- why do you think it was a good idea to force customers to walk through the drive up lanes to enter the store? Using either entrance you must walk through cars in an active drive up lane/s . It must be unsafe as the workers wear high visibility vests in the drive up but customers.....good luck playing real life frogger.

I wish they would just bring back there mobile pick up table back!! I hate when I’m in a rush and running late to work or my break and I have to wait over 5 minutes for an employee to give me my order when I clearly see it on thr baxk counter especially when they are busy!! This location is too busy for that and the workers get annoyed when you have to interrupt them to grab your order bur that’s the whole point of me placing a mobile order so I can grab it and go not wait around for someone to hand it to me. This location needs to bring the pick up counter back. This is why I go to the Brunswick location .
