I don’t even know where to start. This place is awesome! Let’s start at the food. The chicken was awesome. The chicken goes well with the Polynesian sauce which is their made sweet n’ sour sauce. The Chick Fil A in Strongsville is the best chicken filet place in all of Strongsville. Their chicken and waffle fries are delicious and their vegetables and salad products are generally fresh, especially by fast food standards.
I always receive friendly service at this location. However I had to deduct one star from my rating because a team member once said “you’re welcome” to me instead of “my pleasure,” which violates Chick Fil A corporate policy.

I’ll have to assume anyone reading this already understands that the chicken sandwiches at this chain are, without doubt, the best. Everything this chain offers is quality! But, you probably already know that.
