This is one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to - always quick and fresh, even when the line is out the front door. Big shout out to Isaac. He’s very friendly and welcoming. He even brought me napkins to my table when I told him the dispensers were out. Great job

Everytime I go to Chipotle they are out of something. This time is was bowls. So you could only get a burrito. Manager gave me a hard time when I asked her to make a bowl in the lid as my daughter was eating it there they did not need to cover it. After much attitude they did it. Then I order a large coke pay the bill turn around to get my coke and there is no ice. And the soda was warm. If I pay 33$ for a bowl and a burrito I would expect to enjoy my meal. This experience was not enjoyable. Kind of pathetic that they keep raising their prices.

I'm from out of town, (Indiana). I placed a Togo order online and when I got there to pick it up at the time I was told. It wasn't ready, which is OK, bc the printer that takes online orders was down. I waited maybe 5 minutes after the cashier went to the back to tell others to make it. When I opened it up to eat it, 5 minutes later it was cold. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I understand they are busy on a Friday night, but don't give me cold food.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. Every employee has ear buds in and cannot literally hear you. Burrito very tiny and the sour cream and corn were literally taken out of a freezer. My burrito was like eating it right out of a fridge. Threw it out half way through

Placed Online Order. Said it would be ready at 8 PM. Got online notification at 8:05 that order was ready for pick up. Arrived at 8:10 PM (never ready on time). Sat there for 10 min and no one greeted me. Staff working had AirPods in. I was dismayed when I was informed, after waiting for another 5 min and watched “walk ins” order and get food while I was waiting, to be informed it would be another 10 min. Finally got order at 8:39 PM (39 min after ready time).

I Am repeatedly disappointed with the service and especially the food. Every recent visit the food is just tasteless as if it was repeatedly frozen. I understand this isn’t a fancy restaurant but other chipotles seem to manage their food SO MUCH better. Bowl looks fine tastes like nothing. There is something very wrong at this location when it comes to food preparation and storage.

I'm typically not one to complain, especially when it comes to the food/service industry, and I'm definitely not one to take time out of my day to write a bad review. I have been a Chipotle customer for over 10 years, and I have been going to this location for about 6 months now. Never have I had a worse experience than seemingly every time going to this location. The employees are rude, seemingly always distracted, and just the overall quality of customer service is absolutely horrible. I've gone in multiple times when there are no other customers in the restaurant (likely for good reason) and been told to wait upwards of 5 minutes for my order to be taken, while employees either continue cleaning, or just blatantly take their time doing something else... Overall there's just an abrasive/hostile attitude by almost every employee I've interacted with there. It's just a completely unpleasant experience every time going to this location -- which is why I refuse to continue going there. For the sake of all others who continue to go through the same thing, I hope this location can turn it around.

Placed an online order, got my food back to work at my desk and opened up the bowl and there was only this giant hunk of fatty gristle. No other meat at all. I opened the meal at the store to show the manager and asked if she would eat it and her response was “I don’t eat pork” they remade my food but I won’t be coming back here.

I had placed a mobile order for pick-up at 12:10 today for my lunch so that i could pick it up and have enough time to eat it, waited almost 30 mins for my food and didn’t have any time to eat it. It had corn on it that I didn’t ask for, no queso like i asked for ON my bowl, i ordered a large queso on the side and got a small one, and no one was communicating through out the store for what they needed. The manager was clearly enraged by her employees. So many people were waiting for their food. Never EVER coming to this chipotle again for my lunch. Didn’t even eat it so disappointed. I wish i could give zero stars.
