This is one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to - always quick and fresh, even when the line is out the front door. Big shout out to Isaac. He’s very friendly and welcoming. He even brought me napkins to my table when I told him the dispensers were out. Great job

I'm from out of town, (Indiana). I placed a Togo order online and when I got there to pick it up at the time I was told. It wasn't ready, which is OK, bc the printer that takes online orders was down. I waited maybe 5 minutes after the cashier went to the back to tell others to make it. When I opened it up to eat it, 5 minutes later it was cold. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I understand they are busy on a Friday night, but don't give me cold food.

I am very disturbed by the manager today. Not only is it unprofessional talking about numbers and the loss of sales due to food amounts dished out to customers….at the cash register. She was sharing that information loudly. Just highly unprofessional. Mind you the young lady trying to fulfilling my order needed help as other employees where put to the side for this spectacle.
