Unfortunately, this location did not provide quality food. The chicken pieces had multiple fat in them and some seemed under cooked. Couldn't eat most of them. The beans were not drained and a bit too much. Bowl just wasn't as good as usual.

Definitely the best chipotle in the area. There’s many around but this one is always the best. Food is always stocked, never a huge line, portions are the best and they have the friendliest workers. From now on they will always be my go to chipotle

This has to be the worst chipotle of all time. I think the chipotles in Strongsville are terrible in comparison to other chipotles in the area.

Absolutely awful! Pay attention if you go there to eat!! Tried taking my kids there last night for dinner and the chicken was raw (pink and way under cooked). We saw this and immediately walked out.

They over stuffed my burrito with white rice, and it came apart. I ordered half brown rice.
The chips with the guac were old and stale - I assume they've been out all day.
I'm calling for a refund.

When it first opened it was the best chipotle
I knew. Today was pretty lousy. The guy who was cashiering was sitting at a table drinking a
Drink and ignoring people waiting. He may have been slightly off. Either way it was rude as hell. I noticed no one else gave a damn either. Please talk to staff as this chipotle can still be great again.
