A place that the bathroom is clean you can expect the food to be good.

Hats off to the staff for such a clean 🧼 place.

The employees were wonderful as always but today my chicken was so dried out I couldnt really enjoy my meal. I ended up throwing it away and having other food for lunch. Not thrilled with today's trip

Bowl was half full.

Service was fast and I only got a little bit of steak the girl even looked at the bowl that she gave a man a whole bunch more I’m serious I got like 8 pieces and when I come here the rice is nasty and the chips was so stale and at first another man came up and wanted to change them for fresh and the man said they only make them in the morning and the chips that man returned he put on the self for another customer and I can never get salsa here it looks disgusting

Absolutely trash. My son's quesadilla was literally melted into the tinfoil and the best they could do was give me a free fountain drink. My food was ice cold and everything was wrong about it. This is by far the worst chipotle.

came in 40 minutes until close to get the skimpiest bowl of all time. very much not appreciated with the new price markups

If I could give 0 stars I would. The location on pearl road always messes up my order so I decided to try this location , royalton rd . When I got to work , I found out my bowl had no chicken in it at all. I was telling coworker how I’m scared to order but I’m so hungry because there’s nothing really open for us night shifters . Highly recommend to not buy chipotle in this area , there’s a small chance your order will be correct let alone have items in stock at either location in strongsville

Portions are fine but why do you have the front door locked and no indication that you have to enter around the back? Should at least have a sign or something, seems especially like a safety hazard during these icy/snowy conditions

This location is a bright spot for a company that in my opinion it’/ value proposition has diminished over the last decade . I eat here semi regularly for lunch on work and this location is the reason why. Friendly staff and food is always fresh. I wish your company wasn’t so inconsistent because if every store was like this I would have a better opinion of your brand.

Saturday 1/18/25 8:30 PM Keep in mind it says on the door closes at 10:00PM You would think they were closing at 9:00PM with the trash pulled out, floors being swept, all the fountain bowls gone. I always come in person to make sure we get what we pay for. My family of 4 walked in and you knew they were not happy about that. The entire bill was $60 I was shocked. Especially when one member only got a rice bowl no meat or veggies and they charged $10 as if it was a veggie bowl. The smoked Brisket was dried out and had veggies mixed in had to tell them to remove. Skimpy on the cheese for all but my bowl, we had to ask for more they did not charge. All the chairs were flipped over on the low tables that I need to sit at with a bad back as if they were closed. Please don't reply with a website to contact if you want more info provide an email to email to in respnse but very surprised as most Chipotle's is always pretty good but not today. Very expensive.
