That is one of the best Chipotles I have been in in a while. Great customer service!!!

It was towards the end of the night but the tables were dirty and the trash was over flowing. The staff was great though and cleaned up no problem.

There was a rock in my daughter's food a literal rock a very small one but she almost chipped her tooth I would not go here!!

The food was just okay nothing fantastic This place was so filthy inside that I was afraid to sit down and eat. I had to clean a table off myself. Had I not been so hungry I would have went to my car and ate. This place was not busy at all, everyone was standing around talking and texting. As soon as a couple of cheerleaders came in the boys behind the counter couldn't wait to take their order. Five people standing around and you would think that somebody could have dumped the overflowing trash and cleaned the tables and floors.
I would rate this place an A plus disgusting mess. The health department would have a good time in there.
Avoid this mess and go somewhere else.

No cilantro or salt or lime in my rice and beans werent cooked all the way. Care about the food you serve!!! Got at 12/10. Do better!

Never like chipotle always an issue no matter the location. Server sucked wasnt engaged at all. Store wasnt clean. And food gave me the bg's smh yeaaaaaa more expensive for lackluster service and food

I don’t know what was going on in that kitchen today, but it clearly wasn’t effort. My quesadilla was so small it looked like a sample, wrapped like a sad little burrito, and not even cut like y’all weren’t even trying. My bowl? A straight-up mess, missing ingredients, thrown together like someone was racing the clock. If this is the “quality” they think is acceptable, I’d hate to see what they consider bad. Do better, because this was embarrassing.

Stopped after a Browns game. The line was really long. I was worried they were going to be out of what I wanted. Line moved rather quickly. They were replenishing everything before it even ran out. Everything was fresh. It was really good.

Pretty sure they're online order only as their front door was inexplicably locked at noon, and everyone knows chipotle online ordering is massively disappointing

Only 3 stars as the places says opens at 10:45 but at 11am still not open. Maybe they just forgot, but glad I didn't have a digital order there.
