Refuses to even acknowledge promotion at store opening time on August 10th.
There’s a deal where if you buy a bakery item, you get free cinna-bites for a child between certain hours on Sundays starting on a certain date. First they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. Then they said it was only valid for the first date on the T&C. Then they said it was only for certain locations. When I showed them that their location came up on the map they still refused to give it to me. They kept making excuses not to honor it. Truly lazy and incompetent staff.

Parking: Park outside of jc Penney, go down escalators, through cosmetics and into mall entrance. Cinnabon will be right in front of you
Ordered the churros and they were hard I couldn't eat them half of my order was missing. Never again.

My cinnamon rolls were fresh and Cinnabon only ran out of items at the very end of the day (8pm) when I have made purchases. The service was pretty good too.

All of the cinnamon rolls on display had hardly any frosting. Look at the recent review, you can see they put barely any frosting on them anymore.
