I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.

Really only leaving a review to give credit to the amazing employee that worked the register tonight. He was extremely charismatic and had a great energy about him. I couldn’t find his name on the receipt but I called the store and they believe I was referring to Jacob. He had longer black/brown hair and worked on register 1. He told us to “come on down for some great food” and then delivered our Togo food by saying “got some delicious food for you”. I haven’t seen energy like that from a fast food worker in a long time. He definitely deserves a raise and I hope he is valued by management.

Last week I waited a half hour for a burger. It was cold. Why am I getting served a cold burger when the workers knew I was there? This week I ordered my burger & it wasn’t even in the wrapper. Are you serious? These workers seem like they’re getting lazier. I’m disappointed.

I asked for double butter burger deluxe no cheese , root beer and fries. The root beer machine was empty. She gave me a burger with sautéed mushrooms onions and beacon. The sandwich tasted like pure salt and the fries were extremely fried. The bun fell apart in my hand. It was so gross. I could not get that taste out of my mouth. The waitress misunderstood my order and thought everything meant everything including extra salt and seasonings .
