I reallly like their ice cream. The burgers are ok. The cheese curds are not bad. The service was great and the people were friendly. I would go back

Either needs to fix their staffing issue or their cook to order system. 20 minutes after ordering your food in the drive thru would be unacceptable by any other franchise. Food is good and hot, the wait times are the only thing completely out of hand

Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .
I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.

Went through mobile order and waited around 40 minutes after entering I'm here on the app. When food was brought to my car it was for a different order. I went in the store and returned that order to get mine. The server took my food and went to the next car outside to give him the order I returned then back to help me. When they grabbed my concrete, ice cream and drink they gave me someone else's concrete with a different name and no ice cream dish. I finally returned to my car to find my order not correct as I was given a fry instead of a cheese curd. I went back in to get the curd I was missing. My order was to pickup at 6:01 and I left at 6:40 with my food.
