This location tends to get my order wrong whenever I come here. I asked for a hamburger with only mayonnaise and lettuce. They gave me a hamburger with cheese and ranch. Yes ranch. Then the fries were all hard and didn’t taste fresh. I wouldn’t recommend this location

I've been gluten free for 11 years. I buy a chocolate Blizzard with M&Ms once a year -- if that. I stopped at this location on the way to a meeting Monday afternoon, bought a Blizzard to go, and as I wolfed it down during a 5-minute break, I bit into a huge chunk of Oreo cookie. This is the first location I've been to that kept canisters of Blizzard ingredients OUTside the kitchen, facing the customers waiting for their order. As I watched the (very) elderly employee making the customer-before-me's concoction, I had a feeling I was in trouble. Lo and behold, I'm up at 2 a.m., as sick as can be. I'm not blaming the elderly lady; this was a kitchen screwup. **Please** be more conscientious. I realize DQ doesn't cater to the gluten-free crowd, but we should be able to order something that *should* be gluten free and safe from cross-contamination from utensils (unlike a pizza place, where they use the same tool to slice every pizza) without fear of getting sick. Most of us who are gluten free *hate* having to be gluten free. We just want to be able to eat like everyone else now and then.

Wow. Nice place and friendly staff. Little taken by surprise when 2 peanut buster parfait cost $12.98. Everything is just crazy these days.

I feel like the employees could use a little refresher on quality of food and dessert, over mixed and mushy. I'm more so disappointed in the prices. I got a small frozen hot chocolate and it was a little over $6. I could get the same thing at Mitchell's Ice Cream down the street, better quality same price and bigger serving. This is the most expensive Dairy Queen I've ever been to, at this rate, they're going to drive their own customers away. That's probably the last time I've ever going to go there.

Chili cheese dogs we're just okay. Chili seemed like it had been sitting a while. Onion rings were awful. If I had to guess they had been cooked ahead of time and then put back in the oil to heat them up again so they can be served quickly. This made them extremely hard, somewhat burnt and very oily. Ranch dressing was watery, about as thick as milk.
