Terrible customer service, woman did not look like she wanted to be working there at all.

Soo good ! We always get the icecream cake from Dairy Qeen. Our bdays are mostly in the summer. So it's peefect. We love it! The chocolate crunches inside are my favorite

Tried to order 10 minutes before closing time, inmates said they were closed ,, sign says open till 6,, another example of inmates running the prison. Tried video bad employees they ran away,, they knew they were doing wrong,, same as stealing from there boss

Not sure what’s with this location, but they told us that we couldn’t use a Visa credit card or a Discover credit card because their machines were too old, but it would take some visas. Just not our visa… Service was slow and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place at all, the employees seemed to have no idea why they exactly couldn’t take credit cards… If you want cash just say cash only and then people will know not to waste their time waiting at the counter

This dairy queen is a joke. It was me and the person in front of me in line and the worker was in the back talking on her phone and she gestured to us 5 minutes. Customer in front of me ended up leaving because she thought it was ridiculous that the lady was on her phone on the job. I try to understand people and i was thinking maybe it was a family emergency so i walked away for a bit and then came back around a few minutes later. The lady was still on her phone when i got back and she gestured 2 more minutes so i waited in line a little longer and then as im waiting she closes the door to the back where she already was. The fact that she shut the door made me walk away and take my money to starbucks instead. This place does not value their customers!

We got 4 different things two of them were blizzards but they never flipped it for us and it was a little bit melted. The most disappointing part is this what you can see clearly at the

I ordered a Hot Dog with Ketchup, Mustard and Relish, and when I got it what a mess. This was Saturday Nov. 11th around 1:40 pm.

Disappointed. Completed and paid for a full order. 1 small vanilla cup, 1 small chocolate cup, 1 twist sundae, and a chocolate ice cream blizzard. 3 out of the 4 pieces of the order contained chocolate ice cream. 4 out of the 4 came out with vanilla ice cream. When I told them they were supposed to be with chocolate ice cream, they then told me they were out of chocolate ice cream. I was never told this during the ordering process. There was no communication and I had tried to order a blizzard with custom add ons and I just moved on because they didn't understand. I asked for a refund for the blizzard and she tried to talk me into just adding chocolate sauce to it, but the chocolate ice cream does not taste remotely the same, so I again asked for a refund. Finally got one, but I wish I just would've been communicated to up front rather than paying for everything and being lied to thinking I was getting chocolate ice cream. Will probably not be back.

Hasn’t had chocolate icecream for months now. Very frustrating. What DQ doesn’t sell chocolate icecream? Nothing beats waiting in line only to be told they don’t have something all over the menu. Maybe post some signs

Did not have the Dairy Queen Treet as advertised but they did have ice cream. 100% a girl boss eatery.
