Disappointed. Completed and paid for a full order. 1 small vanilla cup, 1 small chocolate cup, 1 twist sundae, and a chocolate ice cream blizzard. 3 out of the 4 pieces of the order contained chocolate ice cream. 4 out of the 4 came out with vanilla ice cream. When I told them they were supposed to be with chocolate ice cream, they then told me they were out of chocolate ice cream. I was never told this during the ordering process. There was no communication and I had tried to order a blizzard with custom add ons and I just moved on because they didn't understand. I asked for a refund for the blizzard and she tried to talk me into just adding chocolate sauce to it, but the chocolate ice cream does not taste remotely the same, so I again asked for a refund. Finally got one, but I wish I just would've been communicated to up front rather than paying for everything and being lied to thinking I was getting chocolate ice cream. Will probably not be back.

Hasn’t had chocolate icecream for months now. Very frustrating. What DQ doesn’t sell chocolate icecream? Nothing beats waiting in line only to be told they don’t have something all over the menu. Maybe post some signs

Decided to go to the mall with a friend. He is a bit picky with some food, so he thought that Dairy Queen was the safest option. Boy was he wrong. He asked for a burger, but they said they were all out with no explanation. They were out of fries too. I'm sorry but they were not busy at all, so I don't see how they could be out of burgers unless there is an issue with management and food prep. He wanted to get the usual chicken strip basket with toast and fries, but they didn't have it on their menu. How do you not have that; it's a Dairy Queen classic! During all this I was over at Charley's Grilled Subs ordering a twelve inch sub. There were about four or five people in front of me in line, but by the time I ordered and got my sub, he still was waiting for his food, and he was the only one in line. As someone who works in the quick service food industry I know how important communication and speed is to a restaurant, and this place did not cut it. By the time he got his food and they gave him the chicken bites that he ordered, I could've taken and sent out about 3 or four orders AT LEAST at Hot Chicken Takeover where I work. When we sat down he told me that it was the worst service he had ever had at a restaurant. They gave him the wrong frozen drink, and I tried the chicken bites and they were HORRIBLE. They were barely warm, and although they were Clearly had been brought up to a safe temperature, they tasted like they had been sitting out. And talk about flavourless chicken. They gave him a tiny amount of cardboard like chicken for six bucks. I wouldn't feel right feeding this chicken to my dog. By the time we walked out of the mall we were just laughing about how horrible the experience was for him, and he then realised they didn't even give him his change! It was only like ten cents but that's a serious mistake. As someone who works almost primarily as a cashier I deal with cash almost everyday and I've never forgotten to give a customer their change. It's so important to communicate how much you owe a customer and what you are counting. I can't believe they would make such a stupid mistake. It's embarrassing. In the end I ended up buying him a roast beef sandwich at an arbys drive through since I felt so bad. This was terrible. If It were up to me I would probably fire the GM and the entire crew.

Did not have the Dairy Queen Treet as advertised but they did have ice cream. 100% a girl boss eatery.

Ordered large cherry dipped cone. It was medium size. The ice cream was leaning over ready to fall off. I mentioned it she said it comes out that way. The cherry syrup was running down the side of the cone. There were 2 cars ahead of me, I could see my cone sitting there, melting waiting for my turn to pull up. I never liked this over px'd DQ. I'm glad Friendlys Ice Cream is opening next door so we aren't' stuck w/this lousy DQ anymore..

This mall food court excuse for a dairy queen is awful. They always close the oven down an hour early and refuse customers any treats that utilize the oven. It's kinda like McDonald's shake machine being "broken" at the end of the day. How many times can you turn a customer away before they stop coming back?

Oder taken inside at counter, quickly, busy time. Drive thru open also. Dilly bars and cones. Great! Bathroom clean.
