I picked this place because of its great reviews and being close to home. The first thing was they told me 15-20 minutes i came 30 minutes later just to give them some extra time and it still wasn’t ready i had to sit there for an extra 10 minutes i would say, not to mention 3 other people were waiting. I get home and I asked for fried rice but it was just yellow rice? No egg or veggies which I thought came in fried rice? I ordered General Tso chicken and out of the huge portion they gave me in the picture is all I’m eating from it because there was little to no sauce on it I used the sliver that was on the bottom to sauce the portion I put in my bowl. I haven’t tried the egg roll yet but let’s hope for the best just a 0/10 for me and i was really hoping i found a new spot being near to the area also.

Been a customer for years now. But they only take card even after switching to door dash only no phone delivery and jacked up all their prices. Very sad. Don't know what incentive they received for going cashless.
I just wanted to hop on here and tell you about the wonderful customer service I experienced. Ordered delivery, and I hadn't received my soup and a can of pop. It happens, but i was really craving a can of Coke to go with my ribs. So i called and spoke with the manager, who apologized and delivered the rest of my order herself...who does that? She was so nice, and for the trouble I got an extra can of pop. My belly is happy, the food is delicious and piping hot. I am one very satisfied customer. Thank you Dean House!

I have severe allergies to sesame and peanuts and deans house always does such an amazing job at making sure my allergens stay out of the food. Only place that has never given me an allergic reaction and the food is delicious too, definitely my favorite restaurant and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
