I had never had Donatos pizza before so I decided to try them for the first time. The pizza arrived ice cold and stale like it had been sitting all day. My family couldn’t eat it because we were worried about getting food poisoning. I don’t know if they are precooking their food earlier in the day and then delivering it. The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. We also ordered meatballs and they were the same as the pizza. A waste of my money. I will never order here again.

The place was quiet when I walked in, smelled good - then I hear thunderous laughter from the kitchen as crew members walked to the front, always a good sign - their good attitude was reflected in the taste of the meal, Liz was especially kind and accommodating would recommend for families

We ordered through doordash the entrée salad, when it came to us, i received a bowl of lettuce with nothing else in it. I marked on doordash that we received the wrong order, called this location and asked if they ran out or what happened and got told "oh we probably just messed up" ...? ok? So, we re ordered it, and i told them we would be, and when i received it the second time, it had half the toppings missing! how hard is it to make a salad and throw the correct toppings on it. i am disappointed and deeply saddened at the lack of attention as we normally love eating at donatos. we will be going out of our way to go to a different location from here on out.

What a nice pizza placeto go hello foodies, this is Stephen, the foodie guy. It's so easy to order online. It's probably one of the best places to go to order online without no hassle. I had a pizza with a pepperoni n green pepper (9.3) .The only reason you didn't get a better or higher scorec,bc I hate the very crusty part on the BOTTOM OF THE PIZZA ,IT A MESS THOSE TINY Particles calls.HAS TO GO ,THE CALZONE HAS THOSE TOO AS WELL ,I WILL N PROMISE YOU I WILL ORDER AGAIN ,THE SAUCE IS THE BOSS,AND THE CRUST ITSELF IS A SOLID 9.1.WHAT A Beautiful pizza.thanks team for your professional service.and putting a good product. The inside YOU can EAT INSIDE !!!.the lady Manger was so very delightful ?

This was absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had. I hate to even call it pizza because what they serve me was an insult to Pizza. The worst school cafeteria pizza was 10 times better than this. It tasted like cardboard with burnt cheese on it.
