Ok so we ordered my daughter a birthday donut called was told one price but had to pay now.. ok I'll call back.. I called back money in hand to order the cake.. glazed donut cake for my little girls birthday purple icing add 1.50 pink writing add sprinkles add on another fee like 2 something i was like they have sprinkles why charge for them please say Happy Birthday Dalia.. Order total almost 50 these used to be like 30 dollars.. well we go to pick it up early which was nice and it the purple so dark almost black no pink writing and they didn't even write happy Birthday it was happy B day...We accepted it because my little girl loved it so thats what matters.. and We love their donuts but decorators they are not cake was still yummy

A donut shop thats open 24 hours!! ++ however they need to taste good. Not great but good. These are not worth my calories. There are donuts I drive 3 hours for. The trays had frosting, crust and crumbs all over them. The place felt dirty to me and the person checking my order out was less than thrilled with her job. I visit donut places alot, I consider myself expert. The maple cream sticks were bad, chewy. little filling threw them away. The jelly half ful raspberry and very weird flavor. And texture I ended up throwing all the donuts away because it just was not what we were looking for. Something about half my order in a brown paper bag. Rest smashed in a box. Just dont sit with me. You dont take pride in your donuts. I love donuts they deserve care and special handling

If you are looking for a donut shop that actually makes fresh donuts right on site, this is absolutely the place to go. We have been here multiple times and it consistently delivers that classic local shop experience that is getting harder and harder to find.

First off, the donuts are genuinely fresh. Not just “pretty good” or “fresh enough,” but clearly made there and made recently. You can taste the difference immediately. The texture is right, the glaze is right, and everything tastes like it came from a real donut kitchen, not a box.

The staff is also super friendly. Every time we have gone in, the people behind the counter are welcoming, upbeat, and patient, even when it is busy. They actually act like they are glad you came in, which sounds like a small thing, but it matters.

And here is the part that seals it. You know it is real when you literally see it happening. We have been there when a guy comes out from the back with flour all over his apron, rolling racks of fresh donuts out to the front. That is the kind of thing you do not see at corporate chains. It is not like places where everything is made somewhere else and shipped in. This is the real deal, made right there at the location where you are buying them.

Overall, if you are tired of chain donuts and you want the kind that come from an actual donut shop, made on site by people who take pride in what they do, this place is a must. We will definitely be back.

I came here for the first time last night, after one of my coworkers recommended the powdered custard donut. I decided to grab that and a hot chocolate, and I think it was overall a nice experience. I'd recommend it.

The donuts are always fresh and hand made. Love this place and the staff is awesome. The donut scene reminds you of old fashion hospitality, values and service. Old School.

Donut Scene puts the rest of Ohio's donut shops to shame. The donuts are fresh and generous, the flavors are varied and delicious, the service is friendly and quick, and it feels like the real deal, the way a donut shop should feel, not fancy, just right. Especially recommend the sour cream donut, but I don't think you could go wrong. If you are in the area, definitely grab half a dozen to go. If you only get one or two, you'll kick yourself later. Trust me, if you buy them, help will come.

The employee older lady is very dismissive and rude. So much so I wouldn't be surprised if this place doesn't last much longer.
