Double lane drive through but a terrible parking lot. Drinks have been pretty solid, food can be hit or miss. Food is usually ready FAST when I order ahead.

I come to this Dunkin all the time and I frequently order bagel bites. The issue is not with the bagel bites. The issue is that I typically will order two orders of them. It is a very often occurrence that they will only give me ONE of the orders of bagel bites.

Staff got upset when I asked for water at the window then proceeded to talk poorly about my wife and I with the window open.. Coffee was awful food was terrible.

Rushed and very rude employees, practically threw my coffee at me they were rushing so bad, stated they were getting their times in, I feel like it could be done without being rude to the customer. Will not be back to this location
Order was handed to another customer, had to pull to the front and wait, when I did get my sourdough sandwich, they made it with only a single egg. For over $5, at least put all the ingredients on the sandwich.

WORST NEW LOCATION! SLOW IS AN UNDERSTANDMENT! PUT CAPS ON THE COFFEE BEFORE PUTTING IT OUT THE WINDOW. COFFEE EVERYWHERE! PAY ATTENTION! We've tried now 6 times here and today was the last! The people are rude, service is AWFUL! Get it together

Why have two lanes if you'll only operate one? And not even go in order of first come first serve? Aware this is a newer store, so staff is scarce, but still feels silly to have two lanes if you're going to use one over the other every time.
