Please for the love of Jesus get more workers for the evenings or start paying your employees appropriately!!!! I come in pretty regularly since I'm next door. I dread ordering anytime after 12pm because the wait time for anything is 3x longer. Even if it's just a drink through the drive thru or mobile order. Half the time the 1-2 workers don't know what's going on, and it's a mess!

Horrible people they are crooks and don't care about customers. I ordered and paid for 2 dozen donuts but when i went to pick them up they seemed confused and told me they might have a dozen donuts. It's a donut place and they don't have donuts to sell???? So they gave me 12 leftover donuts and told me if i wanted a refund for the dozen i didn't get I had to call a number. They might be able to help?????? I called and sat on hold for half hour and gave up. Never again.

Every time I go, the workers are so rude and nasty. The way they look at you is actually insane, just straight up mean for no reason.
Today was the absolute last straw. We sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes trying to order, literally saying “hello” over and over, and nobody responded. We could see the girl inside with her headset off, and then she casually put it back on when she finally decided to take our order. So unprofessional it’s unbelievable.
Then we waited another 30 minutes in line, got to the window, and once again sat there trying to get someone’s attention. Ten more minutes of “hi” and nothing. No acknowledgment, no “one second,” nothing. Just miserable faces and zero effort.
And when the girl finally did come to the window, she had one of the ugliest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. She was so rotten I thought she had to be joking. It’s the holidays, you’d think people would try to be at least a little nicer, especially when I’m literally giving them my money. If they hate their jobs that much, they shouldn’t be working there at all.
Save yourself the attitude and go anywhere else.

Ordered a small matcha latte without ice due to being sick. They proceeded to give me less than half a glass of the drink; I refuse to believe that the drink is usually made up of more ice than latte. Even the staff member giving me my drink seemed confused as to why there was so little in there. I would’ve paid more if it meant somewhat filling the cup. Ridiculous.

Where’s the bacon? Lately food orders always seem to be wrong & often burnt. This location used to be the best but maybe staffing issues is the cause. I feel conflicted because so many businesses are dealing with lack of staff. Are orders wrong because of being under staffed? Either way I hope they figure it out & get back to being the best DD in the area.
This is by far my favorite Dunkin in northeastern Ohio that I’ve been to. Their employees are so happy and Always greet you with a smile. My favorite is the woman who works in the drive-through with the glittery eyeshadow. She has the best personality. It’s always a joy to go here.
