Do not even bother coming to this location. You will wait in the drive through for 20+ minutes with only 2 cars. They are also very rude for no reason and everyone who works here acts like they want to work here, worst service ever.

Absolutely insane they wrote the zoning rights off for this building. The amount of traffic this place causes on a main road every morning because of a fad is wild! Wish it was 2002 and the bucks was back on top just so my morning commutes were safer.

this dunkin is the worst. the workers are so rude. cutting you off at the drive thru when ordering, not saying a word to you when you get your food or drinks. i ordered a dozen donuts on the app and when i got the store to pick up my order, the young man said completely out of donuts. i asked for my money back and he said they were unable to refund me. there is an older man there who wipes his nose before handing drinks and food to people. disgusting!! i asked for extra napkins, and 3 workers near the drive thru window ignored me. i asked again, still ignored. i ordered an egg, cheese and sausage on a crescent and after i got home, i opened it up and i had everything BUT THE CRESENT?!?! how did someone look at that and go “yep that looks good”. completely disappointing. all these bad reviews on this store and nothing changes.

I usually love going here because it is never too busy and quick. But the last two days that I've been here they messed up my order. And not just one item, both my matcha (asked for oatmilk) had regular milk, and my sandwich had bacon instead of turkey sausage. Im always in a hurry so I can't just drive right back and tell them. So im done wasting my money here.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback. There’s an older gentleman who works the drive-through regularly, and I’ve noticed several times that he rubs his nose with his hand and then uses that same hand to hand out drinks—grabbing the cup right where your mouth goes. I’ve politely mentioned it twice, but nothing has changed.

It’s honestly really off-putting, and I’ve had to throw out my coffee the last three times because of it. I used to love coming here—it’s super convenient on my way to work—but I’ve started driving away if I see him working the window.

I’m not trying to be rude, but I don’t feel comfortable paying almost $5 for a drink I can’t even enjoy.

Ordered for pick up inside. The sandwiches are fast to make. If you pull it out burnt, why would you serve this. Just redo your mistake.

When we walked in no one said hello they just looked at us. We then went up to order and the lady completely ignored us and kept walking away. Every time we would order something else she would walk away. In addition, our sandwiches were burnt and both coffees were made incorrectly. I will not be returning.

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional manager. Ripping tickets out of printer. Upset because your store is busy. Making all the other employees and customers uncomfortable. She needs to fired immediately. Never would I allow a person like that represent the leadership of my store or business.

I came to this place for coffee and used the drive-through, but the service was really poor, and the behavior of the staff was very rude. I hope the owner sees my comment. My order took a long time, and when I mentioned it to them, they were extremely rude, he need to change management.
