The food was okay,but it's very expensive.

I've tried the food at this restaurant and it's definitely the best in the area. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the food is excellent, and I would definitely go back. I highly recommend it. The tacos are very good, the margaritas are fresh and made with good tequila. I wish them much success.

Inside is cute but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this place. First, it took someone 10 minutes to even come get our drink order. Then we ordered queso as an appetizer and it was forgotten about. My daughter ordered fries and substitute of rice and beans and they gave her rice and beans anyway and then when I brought this to their attention, they told me it would be an up charge for fries. We got a picture of margarita. All of our margaritas are about $45 and up Except for two. We opted for the $30 margarita picture and it tasted straight like juice. My husband and I have never drank a picture of margarita between the both of us and haven’t at least been a little tipsy, but we walked out of there, not feeling a single thing.
Then to top it off I got the Birria tacos. THE WORST BIRRIA TACOS IN ALL OF CLEVELAND. We have tried Birria tacos at so many different Hispanic spots This was by far the absolute worst burrito tacos I have ever had in all of the world. It came with rice and the rice was so bland. It tasted like instant rice I could’ve made better at home ! I could’ve made better Birria tacos at home.
I told them I wanted it taken off the bill because I did not eat it after a few bites . They agreed to take it off the bill as well as my daughter’s food because those fries that they charge for never came. Then gave me my bill of $76 and some change, Just to turn around and run my car for $104 on “accident “ . I had a horrible day at work today. I was just trying to go out to dinner with my family and This was by far the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever had and I would not recommend coming to this shady establishment. There was only my family and two other tables absolutely no explanation for this lack of customer service. Then the waitress kept rolling her eyes at me just steer clear away from this place!!!!!!
I saw another review that said they need to focus on the quality of the food instead of the aesthetics of the restaurant and I completely agree with that!

I have been to El Taco Macjo twice and it has exceeded my expectations both times! The service is perfect! The servers are friendly and professional. They know how to make you feel welcome without being over the top. The fajitas I had tonight were probably the best I have ever had anywhere. Very flavorful and seasoned perfectly. This place is truly excellent!

We had a nice girls night out and the staff was very kind & helpful. We were the last table to leave & they didn't rush us out. Very broad menu, plenty to choose from! Our food was excellent. The photo I'm sharing is the coconut shrimp tacos. They were wonderful!

Great food. They have traditional dishes and a few unusual ones. We love the fajita taco steak salad and the coconut fried shrimp tacos. We’re from Michigan but we stop every time we drive by on 71. Love it.

I was excited about this place for a long time. Absolutely stunning inside, friendly and helpful staff. Street corn dip is a must. Birria and cubana torta were great with the torta having the most buttery, freshest avocado I've had in a long time. My only MINOR complaint is the Bolillo was a little tough like it was double grilled or reheated. We'll be returning forsure.

Strongsville has more Mexican restaurants than most but this place really stands out. Very unique and cool, lounge like atmosphere. Food and service is outstanding. Definitely the best margaritas in town. No premix just quality ingredients! Check it out!

Not great overall, unfortunately. Got Al Carbon tacos and the whole dish, include the rice, was very bland. The queso was overly runny and salty. The food took a while to come out from ordering. I felt for our server because she was working hard while multiple other workers were standing around talking instead of helping her (ie-refill waters, run food..). The chairs were comfortable and ambiance was nice, but also felt like we were seated right on top of another party, when there’s plenty of room within the dining room to space tables out. Little bit bizarre, but most memorable is the overly priced, bland Tex-Mex (this should be an oxymoron) you’ll get here. Not worth it.
