Firehouse Subs Strongsville

Not a pleasant place to eat. Order taker, i believe manager on duty, was making sandwiches when we walked in. She stopped to take our order, and kept her plastic gloves on. After paying handed us 2 cups for our self-serve beverages and went back to making sandwiches. A moment later I said, Excuse me the cup is wet and slippery, (from where she grabbed it with her food prep gloves on) She just looked up, walked over and handed me another cup using the same dirty gloves. This one was worse, and even had a small piece of meat on it. She did not say a word either, no 'sorry', no ' here you go', nothing. While waiting at the counter for our order, an employee entered from outside and went behind the counter. The cup lady went to him and started picking something out of his beard, right at the register. No gloves on this time. Lastly, the windows are terribly dirty and overdue for a cleaning. They are probably 80% transparent, 20% dirt on the outside. Scary part is this cup/beard lady appeared to be the senior person on duty.

Wanted 2 pastrami was told only have enough for one..still have half hour of prep to do...said but sign reads we are open...so what do you have available...she said turkey and ham...i said maybe you should get to work a lil earlier...she said sometimes we open at 11...was 10:56 so not sure what her point is...anywho said bye and went to jersey mikes where i have never heard such nonsense...wth firehouse???

10.99 and 1 piece of turkey! If I could post a photo I would !!!

Very clean...Love this store, service was great and food was so good! Only two employees but they did a great job together! I will be back!

Honest review. Too much sauce, and got sick after eating the sandwich

Ordered large veggie sub and requested for double toast, they gave untoasted bread when I requested crew member to talk with manager , she is doing nothing inside and didn't come out also . Rude manager never recommended location ?

Tried to go order lunch was standing in line for 10 minutes and not an employee insight, ended up just walking out.

This is the second time I ordered the turkey and provolone sub. Again they forgot the cheese and my side pickle. I'm not coming back, my order is never correct.

Never went to Firehouse Subs until this afternoon for the first time. Staff was wonderful. They were helpful, considerate and nice. Sub was good...fresh tasting. I'd go there again when I'm in the area.

My first time eating this sandwich per someone’s recommendation and I have to say it’s really delicious. I was a fan of a similar brand, but I didn’t realize there was another sandwich that tastes way better. I have ordered it more than 2ce since I was introduced to it. Never going back from it!
