When I stray from my healthy diet, I love getting a burger and fries from Five Guys. I would have rated the service one star higher, but my last visit was a little awkward.
I was super hungry and excited they were open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:30pm and got an immediate unwelcoming look of disappointment as soon as I walked in, even though two other people had just ordered right before me. Then I felt rushed to order, followed by multiple obvious sighs. I took maybe 3 seconds to decide what I wanted.
I could understand that reaction if I walked in at 9:58, but they handed me my takeout order at 9:50, a full 10 minutes before closing. Just a weird vibe š
Did not stop me, though. Still, if you want to close at 9:30, then close at 9:30. Do not take it out on paying customers.

Always amazed how clean and efficient made to order can be at any of their stores. And everything consistently tastes great. Staff friendly as well. Not cheap but I have no issues paying more for a good old fashioned burger, fries and a fountain drink.

This venue is truly remarkableā¦ they always extend a warm welcome to returning customers, making them feel like family. The grilled cheese with 2-3 patties is a must-try. The staff consistently provides exceptional service, demonstrating kindness to every customer. I highly recommend stopping by this location. It is undoubtedly the best location.
Early evening burger and it was fresh, delicious and the fries were spot on. I'm not a eat out burger guy because I make them better at home. Heard they were good and tried them before so did it again and it was worth it. Great food! Pricey, but I'd do it again. Got a milk shake as well. Very good.
