Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place is one of my go tos for lunch breaks when I don't want mall food, staffs always pretty sweet and the food never fails me, procedures are awesome too, nothing like a classic burger and fries with a milkshake for lunch!!

Ordered food from them on DoorDash the driver rolled up with his girlfriend in the passenger seat seat eating my food complained to door dash they sent out a reorder with a different driver and the order was once again wrong

The young lady @ the counter was beyond personable! I didn’t get her name but she was great! The food was fresh & SO good! This was our first time here. My only negative is that the place is not clean & the bathroom was even worse. Oddly all the table tops looked dirty but there weren’t even 10 of us in the place. Our food was fresh & cooked perfectly.

I went for a replacement of a over cooked sandwich..it was late night when I originally ordered it. I got replacement today and the GM Tony personally came to the window to ask specifically what was wrong. He seems to genuinely care and I am impressed by him showing concern. He is a great asset to the company and hope he is recognized for that!

Horrible service and the food was disgusting. I was the only person in the Drive through line and waited 10 minutes to get the Oreo custard filled sandwich with no custard in it. I was in a hurry to leave after waiting so long I drove away and then realized they didn’t even give me my full order or receipt. I’m shocked they even served me this.

I’ve visited this location 3 times several months apart in hopes that the previous 2 were just “bad days”. The 3rd visit sealed the deal. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years, and I am literally fearful eating at this place. Frankly, I’m not sure how they’re still in business. The place is completely unkept and there doesn’t seem to be any thought given to good sanitation practices. And all three visits, the staff were overly familiar with me and made comments about how they wish they could leave work. Don’t worry Dog, you’ll get to leave soon… permanently.

A disaster from start to finish. I took my daughter to dine in on Friday night. The restaurant was not busy having only 6 people in the store when I entered. I immediately noticed how dirty the place was. The floor is made out of 1 foot by 1 foot tiles and not one of those tiles was clean. Old food and garbage littered the floor. I proceeded to wait longer than you would expect with the restaurant so empty. Finally, an employee approached me to take my order when the initial indicence of incompetence began. The employee could not use the register! He needed his manager to ring me up. The manager then showed a complete lack of knowledge about his own menu and system when attempting to place my order. Ok, fast forward, and we get our food, which was actually pretty good. No straws in the restaurant to be found. Employee had to grab some from the drive-through for me. They never refilled the straws! Multiple people asked for them while I was there. Employees were very nice but struck me as basically clueless.

I mobile ordered my food half an hour in advance and once I got there I was the only car in line and waited at the window for at least 10 minutes before someone came up and asked what the order was and I got it- and it was ice cold. Waited all that time just for my food to be ice cold. Also did not receive my root beer float and sprinkle concrete And my sweet tea is unsweet. A refund would be appreciated.

Freddy’s in Strongsville deserves all 5 stars! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, welcoming staff who made the experience enjoyable. The food was absolutely top-notch: their signature steakburgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and their famous frozen custard was the perfect way to finish off the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had an inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re there for a quick bite or a family meal, Freddy’s is a spot you’ll want to visit again and again. Highly recommended!

I’m a huge Freddy’s fan, but this location isn’t it. I can’t put my finger on what it is exactly, but it’s lacking flavor and quality.

No tater tots despite them on the menu— and they forgot my fry sauce! The best thing!

The burgers are so ligtly good, it's satisfying. It's a Real burger that is grilled. Their onion Rings are superb fried in beer batter unlike onion Rings else where that is soft , and doughy. Their fries have an impeccable tasty zeal to them. Their cheese curds are to die for leaving you wanting more. And you can't forget to get some Frozen custard that is such a delight.

Even More their Service is Outstanding in that you feel so welcomed in how they were catering to our needs, and answering questions we had. With how each of the workers presented themselves with Great Professionalism this particular location is One we will surely be returning to.
