Terrible pizza, wings & customer service
stop burning the crust, calling customers "honey" and listen when an order is given over the phone so you can get it right instead of going on and on about what you like on your pizza. stop being nasty to customers and offer refunds when order is incorrect and burnt
Giovanni pizza on Royalton rd in Strongsville is the worst. Wrong toppings on one and both were burnt manager refused to refund. Accused us of telling them the wrong order
