Went there for dinner and to check the place out. Ordered the BBQ grilled chicken and it was ROTTEN! The waitress said she told the owner and manager and I didn’t have to pay for my meal. Neither of them came out to apologize or anything. And, they didn’t comp the whole meal. They still charged us for the wings that we didn’t finish. Awful and disgusting.

For 2 weeks every day, several times a day I kept calling to make a reservation and never got an answer and could not leave a message. Today I left an e-mail to call me. A man called and I mentioned I'd been trying for 2 weeks to make reservations. He said to me very nasty "you know what I am not going to make your reservation" and he hung up on me. I was very nice to him. Nowonder

We were there this evening for the show and while the guys were great,your bartender needs to work on his people skills. I get that you were busy but he yelled at customers trying to get a drink for their tables telling them a waitress would be around. We sat at the bar for over 30 minutes and he never even glanced in our direction. Another customer basically chased him to the other side of the bar to get a refill and for is to even get a drink . 1 drink each for 4 people at a 2 hour show??? Come on,you should have had another bartender working.

Horrible service…had to wait over 20 minutes for a beer, the guys next to us had to wait even longer. Then I get home to see that I have $86 dollars pending from them for an $8 bill. Make it make sense….they don’t answer their phone, but they did answer my email telling me I had to wait until my bank opens…so you’re trying to tell me you put an $86 holder on my card?? That is absurd. I will never go there again, and I will make sure to tell as many people as I can to stay away.

Only 2 bartenders....100 people....service is terrible...not the bartenders fault....nit enough of them. Very slow buy beers buy the bucket and avoid frustration.
I went last night with some friends for the all you can eat crab legs, they were hands down the best crab legs I've ever had! The service was outstanding, the longest we waited for a refill of crab legs was maybe 5 minutes. The servers were all extraordinarily friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back here! I'm not sure how anyone is the other reviews could be unhappy! The regular food menu looked great as well!

Went for the crab legs was very good. Very hot when they came out and great. Husband got.wings and said they vere good. Friends got burgers and they were good and huge. Serice was good. Overall great experience.
